Cloud No7 Lofts

Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the hotel. The hotel makes a good impression from the outside. There is parking available for a fee on the public street in front of the hotel. However, getting a parking space is not guaranteed. Check in was after 6 p.m. So the reception was already closed. The self-check-in was described very well in the email. The instructions on the iPad in the lobby were also clear and understandable. A piece of paper with information (including parking options and recommendations) was also available. The hallway and the room had an industrial look. The room was very spacious and clean. The walls were already a bit worn and there were probably a few specks of dust, but it wasn't a problem for me and we felt comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and not sagging. The plastic cover under the duvet cover is now standard, but it is still annoying. The bathroom is oversized and was also well maintained. The shower was clean and didn't have a single spot of mold. By the way, room cleaning doesn't come every day. Perfectly fine for me. Then why the bad rating? I only use a hotel to sleep. That wasn't possible. It was hot outside and also in the room (the plastic duvet cover made the whole thing worse). You can't sleep with the window open because the room was on a busy street and was EXTREMELY loud. You could definitely have asked for another room. But I got this.

The accommodation was great, but be careful there was very little parking. We had to look for a long time for a parking space in the area. Otherwise clean accommodation, easy self check-in.

Great interior and also a great location, unfortunately the check in didn't work online and the TV didn't work. Unfortunately there was no hot water available on the day of departure. Unfortunately a bit disappointing for the price.

Overall you can say it was fine. The accommodation is pretty straightforward and the staff are top notch! However, I didn't like the location of the hotel at all. I had a fridge, but what a shame, there wasn't even a bottle of water in it. I had a coffee machine but unfortunately it didn't work and the trash can was missing too. But I would still book again!
