Conveniently located next to Milaneo mall. 10 minutes walk to central train station. Newer building, modern style. The bathroom is wet/dry separated, which is really functional. There are washer and dryer free for use. Free coffee/tea/hot water at 2nd floor. The cleaning staff are very nice. Very happy staying there.

Very nice location only ten minutes to the Main station. The hotel is in a big shopping mall with a lot of the restaurants.

The bathrooms are not very clean with mold in the shower (I uploaded pics so people can see it 👇🏼). The staff also lacks in customer service skills. The cleaning crew starts knocking on your door at 8am if you don’t have a disburse sign.

Very nice hotel but not great customer service. There is this new Indian guy at the desk who is rude to guests and has a bad attitude.

The drop off point is a little inconvenient if you drive. You need to drop off and leave immediately. The parking is within the shopping mall below the hotel, which can be confusing — the signs are not clear in the car park on how to access the hotel.

Room is clean. Breakfast is good. There is green vegetables salad. Too.My kids really enjoyed breakfast here. Location is very good
