The price/performance ratio is very good. Although the room is small, it is very clean, the hardware is sufficient, parking is free, check-out is convenient, and it is a well-received hotel.

Hotel liegt unweit des Flughafens Stuttgart. Vom Lärm der Autobahn A8, die zwischen Flughafen und Hotel verläuft, ist nichts zu hören. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig jeweils ca. 300m von den S-Bahnhaltestellen EnBW City und Schelmenwasenstraße entfernt. Wer mit dem PKW anreist, kann kostenlos auf dem Hotelparkplatz oder in der Tiefgarage parken.
Im Hotel kann man zu Rezeptionsöffnungszeiten dort einchecken oder am Automaten. Frühstücksbuffet wird angeboten.
Die Zimmer sind alle gleich, mit zwei getrennten Betten ausgestattet, Ablageflächen, Tisch mit zwei Hocker, Haken, Fernseher. Badezimmer mit Duschkabine, Handtücher, Föhn, Pappbecher, Abfalleimer. Heiz- und Kühlaggregat vorhanden.
