We only learned it was the kitchen fire through Ctrip. 3/ Because they refused to change rooms, and the experience was so bad, I requested a better hotel three days after booking six days. I was refused without any reason, and still no room change was granted. 4/ Ultimately, they unilaterally refused to communicate, and even withdrew our entire payment three days before departure, unilaterally refusing to respond to any written emails.
