If you are looking for a clean full service hotel this is a great find. They do have a full bar and a limited food menu that will keep you from having to travel outside to find food and drinks. We found our room very clean and the bed comfortable with a side chair as well as a desk with a desk chair. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night and my impression was that the hotel has friendly staff and it was clean. The room was quite big and quiet. The breakfast was as what to expect of a hotel of this class. A plus however for good Pretzels. What was good: - Cleanliness - Quiet room - Comfortable bed What was average: - Breakfast What was bad: - None

I stayed in the hotel for four days and I need to get a receipt to claim back my expenses, however I cannot contact this hotel directly either via phone (hangs up) or email (bounces back), The stay was good but this hotel seriously needs to update their contact details as I have spent hours trying to get through,

Good location, friendly staff and located next to tram sport. Parking garage and quiet neighbourhood. Bakery next corner and spa close nyt as well. Green park close and not far from zoo and gardena. Mercedes museo on few minutes away.

The hotel is quite new and have 2 large elevators. A short walk from stuttgart vaihingen station. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned and are decent size with new spacious bathrooms. The room service was performed everyday on timely manner. However, the air-conditioner didn't have cool function (even though the weather become cold after the first day) and really didn't show any temperature effect on the air flow. When complained, the receptionists provided alternative rooms, however these room also had the same issue. I found out later that the hotel has stopped air conditioning service at the end of the summer (may be as an energy preservation method?) and only fan was seemed to be working. - May be this is common to all the hotels in the area. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent collection and a pancake machine. Only drawback was the breakfast options didn't change throughout the 4 days we stayed. Overall, the stay at Ibis styles stuttgart was nice and pleasant.

I stayed there with a friend for three nights. The only slight inconvenience was that this hotel was some way from Stuttgart city centre but it was very near a U-bahn stop. Otherwise everything else was almost perfect. The hotel room was big, quiet, warm and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was buffet service and had a large variety of high-quality food; I am particularly impressed with their Birchermuesli. We were so impressed with their breakfast that, on the last day, we asked to buy two packed breakfasts (on top of the breakfasts we had) to serve as lunch on our long train journey. The hotel staff kindly waived the costs and said they would give them to us as presents. Thank you!

The outstanding service started when I had some concerns and questions. I decided to email the hotel and the detailed email I received from them a few days before my trip, eased my mind to the point where I knew I had chosen the right hotel. When we finally arrived, the staff was so welcoming and the wonderful staff just continued their outstanding service I received throughout my 11 day stay. I was pleasantly surprised by their clean and inviting lobby. We appreciated their free breakfast daily and the breakfast staff was always very attentive. We also were able to have dinner at the restaurant a few times and we even used their gym once. We were always greeted with a smile and the staff always tried their best to answer our questions or help us with anything we needed help with. We stayed in a room for 4 people and we loved it. It was like a small studio except it had a separate bedroom with a full bed. We always felt so comfortable and it was like a little home to us for those 11 days. The train was just steps away.

Nice hotel and you get what you pay for. Breakfast isn't very good with much choice, and their eggs are overcooked. However, it has a very nice seating area, and the main part of the hotel will let this slide. The place has a nice place to walk around with great designed, comfy rooms, however, I got given a double bed wi h my friend so had to sleep on the floor, and it seemed to be freezing in there. The hotel is great for overnight stays if you're out all day.

La sostenibilità non giustifica la mancanza di trasparenza Durante il mio soggiorno sono rimasta delusa da una politica dell’hotel che ritengo poco corretta nei confronti del cliente: la stanza non viene riordinata e il bagno non viene pulito quotidianamente, a meno che non lo si richieda esplicitamente. Il tutto viene giustificato con una scelta “ecologica”, ma questa informazione non viene comunicata chiaramente in fase di prenotazione, bensì solo al momento del check-in – o, peggio ancora, si scopre a soggiorno iniziato. Una politica di questo tipo può essere legittima solo se accompagnata da trasparenza totale fin da subito, affinché l’ospite possa decidere consapevolmente se accettarla o meno. La sostenibilità è un valore importante, ma non deve diventare un pretesto per ridurre i servizi minimi attesi in un hotel. Detto questo, la struttura in sé è discreta: la camera è funzionale, la posizione comoda. Peccato che una gestione poco chiara comprometta un’esperienza altrimenti positiva.
