Dirty: there were dead flies on the window sill. There is no wardrobe and we didn't know where to put our clothes. Very hot. But it is in the center and has parking, albeit for a fee. Close to a major metro stop. Avoid if possible.

The only positive things are: the convenience of very close means of transport, the small distance from the center and the kindness of the staff. On the other hand, a tiny room without a rack for suitcases, a bedside table, a simple wardrobe hanger, with a bathroom almost larger than the room, but without an opening window or aerator. For light, a single bulb away from the bed. But everything was made worse by the extreme heat, no air conditioning and a faulty skylight. Once opened it was as if trams entered the room. Luckily it was for one night....

Einmal & nie wieder!!! Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Garni am Olgaeck war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Die Zimmer waren in einem inakzeptablen Zustand: ein großer Schimmelfleck im ersten Zimmer an der Decke (haben wir leider nicht fotografiert) und den Fugen der Dusche, unangenehmer Geruch, fremde Haare im Badezimmer und Flecken an den Wänden. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden wurde keine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten. Alle Zimmer, die uns gezeigt wurden, wiesen ähnliche Mängel auf. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde. Die Rezeption bestritt den Schimmelgeruch und die offensichtlichen hygienischen Mängel. Eine Entschuldigung oder eine konkrete Lösung blieb aus. Stattdessen wurde die Verantwortung immer weitergeschoben, und wir erhielten lediglich vage Versprechen, die Angelegenheit weiterzuleiten. Ein solches Maß an Gleichgültigkeit und mangelnder Hygiene ist inakzeptabel – vor allem für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Wir können das Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen und erwarten, dass andere Gäste gewarnt werden.
