Very good value for money. The room is relatively new, equipped with air conditioning and USB charging port. The bus station is right outside the door and the subway entrance is a few steps away. It would be even more perfect if the pillows could be soft or hard.

Eher mittelmäßig. Das Personal war nicht sonderlich freundlich. Im Badezimmer flackerte eine Lampe, der Duschschlauch war defekt. Der Wind der Air-Con wehte so sehr über das Bett, dass man das Gerät auslassen musste. Fenster zur Strasse mussten geschlossen bleiben, weil es sonst zu laut war. Zimmer wurden nicht täglich gemacht. Lage am Kurpark und Parkhaus waren allerdings super

Perfekt! Der Lärrm der Strassenbahn nervt ab 6h bei einem leichten Schlaf. Zimmer zum Hinterhof sind zu bevorzugen.

This hotel is brilliant. Its clearly new and in a great location right next to the u-bhan only takes a few minuets to the city center. Bad Cannstatt felt safe and plenty of shops if you need supplies. The room we had on the top floor was great, really comfortable bed, good facilities, breakfast was lovely and items replaced. Bar was good for a drink and reasonable prices. Staff friendly and always polite. We have stayed in many premier inns in the u.k but this one was even better. My tip get a room on the 5th floor.

Meiden Sie das Hotel es ist eine Frechheit wie man dort Behandelt wird. Man müsste Minus Punkte vergeben können.. Wir waren vom 24.05 - 27.05 in diesem Hotel und so schlechte Zimmer und unfreundliche Behandlung an der Rezeption habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Ich reise seit 43Jahren in der ganzen Welt aber dieses Hotel hat an unfreundlichkeit alles Übertoffen. Desweiteren war im Zimmer der Teppichboden Stark beschädigt, das Fenster hatte einen Sprung und alle 5-8min fährt die U-Bahn vorbei. Ich musste 2x Bezahlen und jedesmal wenn man an die Rezeption musste dauerte es ewig und speziell die Dame wenn man Sie überhaupt so nennen soll meinte man könnte die Gäste beschimpfen und anschreien sowie mit Blicken töten. Das Hotel gehört mit diesem Personl geschlossen und sollte sich Schämen Premier Inn mitglied zu sein. Ich kann nur empfehlen einen großen Bogen um das Hotel zu machen.
