We spent 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortably furnished. The hotel is in a quiet location and has a good kitchen. The staff is very friendly. I would book it again at any time

The meal is not up to standard, they should be taught how to cook, better on the slopes. We have been going to Austria for 20 years, this is the first time we cannot give a favorable opinion for the meal. Note that the breakfast is correct.

The hotel is located in Stumm. We went skiing with a group. The ski area is Hochfugen-Zillertal. The ski bus to the valley station stops right in front of the hotel and takes about 10 minutes. The Hotel is really clean. Partly renovated rooms, like mine. The PVC floor looks high quality and is probably allergy friendly. My single room was clean and nicely decorated. Especially the bathroom was great. Overall, the room was a bit small. Closet and storage space was very limited. Guests WiFi was available in the house, with very good reception and free of charge. The food was okay. Friendliness in the restaurant has already varied. It wasn't all great. Breakfast buffet, as well as the salad buffet in the evening were fairly well arranged. The basics were there, no question, but there could be more to choose from. The dinner portions were also small. Not everyone in our group got really full after a hard day of skiing. Despite all the criticism, the taste of the food was very good at all times. Yummy.

Staff TOP, very friendly and helpful rooms SUPER TOP TOP!!!!, were apparently renovated a year or two ago with a lot of love. The restaurant is divided into two parts, an older and a newer part. Service VERY NICE, sometimes a bit awkward, BUT that doesn't bother you, you make up for it with charm. Had very nice days there.

The hotel already made a good impression from the outside. The employees right up to the boss are all very nice and courteous. Our room was renovated; large and equipped with a nice balcony. The only thing that was missing was a minibar/fridge... but that's tolerable in winter... you just use the natural fridge on the balcony. The location is great, directly opposite the ski bus. The in-house restaurant is also recommended, whether with half board or like friends of ours eating a la carte... Everything was successful with a high repetition factor. Almost forgotten: the electric charging station rounded off the very good impression.

We spontaneously booked a short trip over the turn of the year. Great personal welcome. very considerate and nice staff. Unfortunately we only got a small standard room - but it was completely o.k. Really good and varied kitchen. We'd love to come back :-)

family hotel in the center of stumm with beautiful renovated panorama rooms. rich breakfast buffet, nice dinner, friendly staff. Consciously no wellness to remain affordable and therefore not a 4 star hotel. Ski bus stops in front of the door and takes you in 5 minutes to the ski area Kaltenbach.

Grosses Zimmer, grosses perfektes Bett, alles schoen eingerichtet und gut organisiert. Freundliche Rezeption dioe fuer alle Fragen offen ist. Ski-Bus- und Zillertal-Bus-Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustuer Bei Halbpension jeden Tag zwei leckere Varianten, eine vegetarisch. Bedienung nett, gut organisiert und geht auf Wuensche ein.
