The hotel is located in Stumm. We went skiing with a group. The ski area is Hochfugen-Zillertal. The ski bus to the valley station stops right in front of the hotel and takes about 10 minutes. The Hotel is really clean. Partly renovated rooms, like mine. The PVC floor looks high quality and is probably allergy friendly. My single room was clean and nicely decorated. Especially the bathroom was great. Overall, the room was a bit small. Closet and storage space was very limited. Guests WiFi was available in the house, with very good reception and free of charge. The food was okay. Friendliness in the restaurant has already varied. It wasn't all great. Breakfast buffet, as well as the salad buffet in the evening were fairly well arranged. The basics were there, no question, but there could be more to choose from. The dinner portions were also small. Not everyone in our group got really full after a hard day of skiing. Despite all the criticism, the taste of the food was very good at all times. Yummy.

Staff TOP, very friendly and helpful rooms SUPER TOP TOP!!!!, were apparently renovated a year or two ago with a lot of love. The restaurant is divided into two parts, an older and a newer part. Service VERY NICE, sometimes a bit awkward, BUT that doesn't bother you, you make up for it with charm. Had very nice days there.

The hotel already made a good impression from the outside. The employees right up to the boss are all very nice and courteous. Our room was renovated; large and equipped with a nice balcony. The only thing that was missing was a minibar/fridge... but that's tolerable in winter... you just use the natural fridge on the balcony. The location is great, directly opposite the ski bus. The in-house restaurant is also recommended, whether with half board or like friends of ours eating a la carte... Everything was successful with a high repetition factor. Almost forgotten: the electric charging station rounded off the very good impression.

We spontaneously booked a short trip over the turn of the year. Great personal welcome. very considerate and nice staff. Unfortunately we only got a small standard room - but it was completely o.k. Really good and varied kitchen. We'd love to come back :-)

Wir haben 3 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Hotel verbracht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und verfügt über eine gute Küche. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen

Le repas n'est pas à niveau, il faudrait leur apprendre à faire de la cuisine, meilleurs sur les pistes. Cela fait 20 ans que nous allons en Autriche , c'est la première fois que nous ne pouvons pas donner un avis favorable pour le repas. A noter le petit déjeuner est correct.

Fijn hotel, waar je je echt welkom voelt. Receptie goed/lang bemand. Personeel van zowel hotel als restaurant denkt met je mee en doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Fantastische kamer, incl prachtige badkamer. Ruikt subtiel, maar heerlijk naar het hout dat in de muren verwerkt zit, dat is fijn thuiskomen aan het einde van de dag. Verbeterpunten: - ontbijt eerder starten! Start pas om 07.30 uur, terwijl de gondel ook al vanaf 07.30 uur naar boven gaat. - ontbijt uitbreiden met scrambled eggs en gebakken spek - wifi op de kamer ook in de avond sterk houden - hotel dat bezig is met duurzaamheid; in dat kader zie ik nog verbeterpunten in een minder warme of zelf te reguleren temperatuur van de kamer en hoeft wat mij betreft minder vaak de kamer schoongemaakt te worden.

Das Haus ist super - Belegschaft ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren perfekt. Alle mit Balkon und wunderbarer Aussicht. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend- 2 Pools, mehrere Saunen. Wir waren auf Radtour leider nur ein Nacht vor Ort - ich werde sicher nochmal für ein paar Tage vorbeikommen
