Stayed here for a week on a vacation with my family, don’t usually write reviews, but I just had to let people know about the food. Either it was 5/5 dinner menus or 0/5 dinner options. The hotel is fine, you kinda get what you would expect, from any other 4 star hotel in Austria. But please for the love of god, stay away from the fried rice.

We were served sub par food, barely hot out the microwave. We ate because we were hungry not because any of it was enjoyable. The best part of my meal was leaving. Disappointed. We shall not be returning.

We have now stayed at the hotel twice and we will definitely come again. The service and friendliness of the staff and the owner is unbeatable. You immediately feel welcome. The location of the hotel is ideal for excursions. The newly renovated rooms are simply amazing. Very stylish with a lot of attention to detail. Big praise also to the housekeeping - the rooms are super clean!

All in all a decent stay. Apart from the staff who did not speak Italian and in the hotel description Italian was indicated as the language they spoke. In the morning at 8.40 as soon as I wake up I hear the cleaning lady open the door, when check out at 10.00 is clearly specified. The dinner was quite good, I can't say anything.

A complete disaster. The room is from the 1950s, the carpet is old and it smells of cheap perfume so bad that it's almost unbearable. The latter was obviously sprayed on to cover up other unpleasant smells. Unbelievable. And all that for €200 a night. And number 1 according to Tripadvisor in this dump. So much for that. Congratulations!

Started very well, picked up at Kaltenbach train station, room was immediately available, and after a quick change we were taken to the gondola. You can take the ski bus 50 meters to the gondola in Kaltenbach in 10 minutes. And with another bus to Zillertalbahn, or on to Fugen/Ziller/Mayrhofen. Excellent location. And very quiet. Spacious rooms, wonderful sauna. The staff is over the top nice. Food was delicious every day, rich, tasty, varied. And the beautiful homemade jewelry, by the owner's young daughter.

Ich war mit Freunden zum Skifahren in Stumm. Vom Hotel waren wir sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Den wunderschönen Poolbereich haben wir fast täglich genutzt. Die Küche hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und war sehr variationsreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ontvangst was vriendelijk.en correct mooie wellness. Plus zwembad Goed ontbijt en avondeten. de kamer gedateerd en stoffig en warm.. Geen frigo of mogelijkheid voor koffie te maken. Balkon was niet overdekt en volle zon . Goede ligging voor uitstapjes
