I didn't like that I had to drive a few blocks just to check in and get my room card. Also the parking spaces are a little to crowded. The room was okay, the beds were a little too hard. Other than that everything else pretty good.

No cleaning service done during our 2nd day of stay. I tried to go to the office and complain about it but no answer after I rang the bell for a service.

It's super close to Universal Studios. There's nothing else to ask for. The room is too small, not suitable for families, and there's nothing to go shopping nearby. The only place you can go shopping is the sidewalk!
