Guest access Guests can enjoy the serene backyard, which offers a beautiful water view of another property we host. This scenic spot is just a minute's walk away, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. Other things to note Pet policy: We welcome pets in our home! Here are a few guidelines to ensure a smooth stay: -Pet Fee: $75 fee per stay (only one pet is allowed). -Damage fee: A fee of $250 will be applied as a result of damage caused by a pet, plus the cost of the repair. -Pets should not be left unattended in and around the property. -Cleanup: We appreciate your help in picking up after your pet in and around the property.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.
