This is an old building and probably has a pretty limited budget for upgrades. The staff was friendly and professional. The room we had was clean, the beds comfortable. We felt the room rate was fare and have stayed in hotels with higher rates that was not in any better condition. The patrons in the next room came in late and played their TV way too loud.

Smoke odor, cigarette burns on tub, carpet dirty, no toilet paper in bathroom, needs upgrade & heavy cleaning. Cigarette butts in parking lot. Desk clerk friendly but disoriented.

Worst conditions I have ever seen in a motel room Did not stay. After seeing the terrible condition, I took the key back and said we were not staying because the room was terrible.

This property was in very poor condition even though advertized as newly renovated. The sink drained slowly, the faucet leaked on the floor, the curtains did not cover the window and could not be closed completely, one cloth chair was covered in pet hair (I think it was pet hair. There was no top sheet on bed. The carpet is the only thing I would say was fairly new. I think ******* should inspect this property. Room 105

Terrible and dirty!!! Linens all stained!! Three inch at least gap in door bottom anything could crawl into the room!! Rarely and warm water!! First day had to shower with cold water!!! There’s only one staff she runs the office , cleans the rooms and small maintenance Staffed the owner is aware but not going to fix anything!! Don’t stay here!! Sheriff cars there all the time!!
