The residence was very good, after check-in at the nearby hotel, I was taken to the nearby residence. The room was clean, albeit a bit worn out. Location was excellent, and breakfast was tasty. Staff was kind and accommodating. I'd stay here again should I travel to Stresa. Thank you.

Habitación con mucha humedad, instalación eléctrica con cables al descubierto, toallas muy deterioradas (siendo educado), tarjeta de acceso a la habitación sucia y rota, desayuno básico. Muy cercano al Centro de Congresos pero sin una mínima mesita donde abrir el ordenador portátil.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 7 al 9 giugno 24 e, a patte il passaggio dei treni molto ravvicinato, siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti dalla location ,particolarmente curata e accogliente, nonche' dalla gentilezza della sig.ra Simona all'accoglienza e dal personale di sala del ristorante (sig.ra Anna). residence in prossimita'del centro e non lontano dal lago,camere eccezionalmente confortevoli e pulite,da rivedere la colazione e il servizio pasti ( effettuato in un hotel nei pressi),davvero da mensa aziendale.

Weekend con bimba di 18 mesi. Ottimo per diversi motivi: 1) il parcheggio gratuito, vero non è così facile da trovare ma appena c'è un attimo di calma si trova; 2) a due passi dal centro storico di Stresa e a due passi dal lungo lago; 3) comodo ai servizi, nei pressi del residence ristoranti, pizzerie e supermercati; 4) monolocale pulito, comodo, adatto anche per portare passeggino in casa. Se dovessi tornare a Stresa tornerei sicuramente lì!
