Hotel location just nice for me. Nice hotel with clean and comfortable stay. Provide simply breakfast.

My husband, myself and my mother stayed here one night. Room 201, we found it difficult just to get over that little threshold to enter the room. My mother uses a Walker and myself in a wheelchair. In addition, the room was very dark not enough lighting for sure. Attempting to go into the bathroom again, my mother using a walker, was very hard as the door kept wanting to close on her before she could actually get in.

Very good, excellent location, close to restaurants and shops. The pillows and mattress are super soft and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly.

This is literally the worst hotel ever. We booked a non-smoking room and they tried to put us in a smoking room. They yelled at us and tried to gaslight us and say that we didn't book a non-smoking room, but when I showed her the proof on the reservation, she said they didn't have any non-smoking rooms left (website showed 5 additional available). She told us to leave and stay somewhere else and they would refund our credit card, but they ended up charging us multiple times. It took hours to deal with all of this and had to involve Choice Hotels corporate and they yelled at them too. You could not pay me enough to stay at this filthy dump. Besides the horrible smoke that caused my throat to close up (allergic reaction) there were dead bugs in the room. Please save your sanity and stay literally anywhere else. They ruined our vacation - don't let them ruin yours.

If you're looking for a good, reasonably priced sleep and go hotel while traveling, give this one a look. I like rather firm mattresses, so I slept well here, as they are firm and comfortable. The proximity to the Turnpike is nice, and there are lots of stores, food, and gas around - even walking distance. As I've seen others comment, the staff is super friendly and go out of their way to give off a positive impression and accommodate where they can. They work hard. The property itself shows its age a bit, but is by no means rundown. And, as previously mentioned, the staff is continuously working to improve everything. Also, as others have pointed out, the breakfast is a bit lacking, but there are a few items - mostly carbs though. Other options are very close by. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Asked for first floor room for easier access but they did NOT tell me when I called that they let people smoke in the rooms despite advertising as a non smoking property. Got moved to third floor because front desk staff claimed they can not stop people from smoking in the rooms. And this was HEAVILY smoked in so they just don't care. Stay elsewhere!

I reserved an ACCESSIBLE room on the first floor for today and tomorrow. Check in time was 3pm, I arrived at 6:30pm. When I checked in, I was told that the non-smoking accessible rooms on the first floor were all taken. I asked how that could be, because I had a valid reservation for one. I had just confirmed the reservation with the front desk the afternoon before. When the clerk asked me if I had asked to have an accessible room "set aside", I said, "No, because I had a valid, confirmed, reservation for that room." I was given a non-accessible room on the 3rd floor. I am wearing a leg brace due to a knee injury. The toilet is too low to get off of without the use of my crutches, and taking a shower will be difficult without the extra hand rails and not being able to walk in vs. having to step into the tub. When I came back downstairs to get some items in my car, I made a comment to the clerk about the toilet being too low for me. He said, "Well, if the gentleman who has been promised the room comes in, and he doesn't need it, the I can switch you to that room." I looked at him in disbelief and said, "I had reserved that room months ago. Why was it promised to someone who isn't even here? Is that what a reservation is supposed to be for???? Thank God I'm not in a wheelchair, I don't know what I would have done." The clerk did apologize, but it doesn't fix anything. I will not stay at another Choice hotels brand. This is my last stay.
