They have on the app the wrong city unless you read fine print them the motel in whole different city and then within 10after I payed on app I cancelled because wrong econo and they would not refund my money and people on trip app didn't get back with me until 2:30in morning when way to late to go there they done this on purpose so they could get free money and rent room to sombody else terrible business and app!!!

The room was clean and spacious and recently renovated, no carpets! The beds were comfortable. The heating was not noisy and it good condition. Bathroom was clean. The hallway carpets were old and looked like they needed a cleaning or better yet replacement. This property is well located and had the essentials for a comfortable sleeping place. The checkin was quick and good. Staff were friendly.

The staff was great and it was so was the cleanliness. The location was so inconvenient right off of the highway and I had to pay the toll twice just to find it. The hotel didn’t smell great but the room was so nice. I would def recommend if you’re looking for a great deal!

I stayed at the Econo lodge on a Saturday night. I really enjoyed having such a welcoming staff! Clean rooms. Very accommodating! Thanks so much!!

No coffee pot in room. Told him I had a disability and still puts me on second floor only steps no elevator. No breakfast , coffee they had downstairs cold. Tub was Sauna tub. Could barely get in and out of it. Speak english that someone can understand. Delt very uncomfortable and left a day early, will never go back there.

This is one of Ohio’s best kept secrets! Clean, quiet and extremely reasonable.

Property was fine, easy to check in and find things. People were loud and slamming doors all through the night, even 4am, and staff didn’t do anything to quiet them down.

For the price it was an excellent quick overnight on the way to our destination. Service was quick and polite, dining and shopping options are plentiful. While the room was older and somewhat worn down, it was clean and easily accessible

Bugs crawling on the ceiling, black stuff came out of the faucet in the bathroom. Not one ice machine was working. No blankets on the bed just sheets. Trash everywhere outside.

My first impressions of the inside of the hotel was the smell which was a clean and refreshing scent. The hotel receptionist did not have a welcoming personality but another lady who appeared from the back seemed to be very pleasant and had a welcoming smile. We was very pleased with our room bed slept comfortably the only issue with the bedding it did not have a comforter; however after speaking with a staff member they did provide additional bedding. The bathroom was a nice size equipped with a jacuzzi tub; only issue with the bathroom the tub filled up with water when taking a shower. The hotel is currently doing some upgrades which I know will be some great improvements. Overall, this is a nice place to stay the price was very affordable there were plenty of restaurants in close proximity. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

I booked a 3 night stay at this property. Young woman at check-in was not very helpful in suggesting some places that we could walk to for dinner. Said she was not from the area. Assuming she passes by the restaurants we could walk to on her way to and from work. Other staff more helpful with dining recommendations. Room was clean and comfortable. However, the walls were not well insulated as you could hear conversations in the next room well into the early morning hours. Coffee was available in the lobby in the morning, along with plates and utensils for food you might bring into the hotel

Cleanliness quiet bed pillows comfortable

Didn’t represent this chain well at all!!! Run down in every way. We didn’t feel welcomed nor secure. The property is outdated, dirty, felt unsafe. The service wasn’t welcoming and communication was almost impossible. Requested a nonsmoking room and yet room smelled like old smoke with cigarette burns throughout. Sheets and top cover so stained that I grabbed blankets from our vehicle for our daughter to sleep on. Beds will heaven your back aching. The Econo Lodge in Streetsboro, OH were a night and day difference - clean, lots of upgrades, great staff.
