I recently stayed at this property and, overall, had a pleasant experience. However, there were a few issues. Prior to my arrival, I had requested for the couch to be set up as an extra bed. This request was approved by the receptionist, but unfortunately, the bed was not set up upon arrival nor was there left any extra bedding . Additionally, I encountered the housekeeping staff on several occasions. They did not return greetings, and on multiple instances, I overheard them having loud arguments—both inside the building and even from several floors away when they were outside. This was quite disruptive and took away from the otherwise peaceful environment of the property. The lift was super tiny and had to wait long time as housekeeping was moving around with vacuum cleaners etc . My dad is 80 years old so opted to wait for the lift as he did not feel like taking the stairs up to the fourth floor . Aside from these concerns, the rest of the stay was very enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything else met expectations.

Comfortable rooms, wood & stone details add character...perfect location as 1 min walk from train station & 2 min walk from grocery store & the majority of restaurants & cafés...very clean...if lucky & get assigned room overlooking mountains the views are to die for!

Hotel Ovruc Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Communication at the hotel wasn’t always the best - we got little to no information about the spa, far example. Restaurant has limited hours bur staff were great and food was excellent.

The apartment is lovely. It was perfect for self- catering and had a nespresso with complimentary pods. The location was ideal and easy to get to by public transport minutes away from the station. The bed was really comfortable, as was the sofa bed. It was really quiet leading to a lovely sleep. Even better there’s a bath- perfect after a day hiking.

Comfortable apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Super double bed. Modern and beautiful bathroom. The apartments can be reached by elevator from a convenient underground garage. The hotel is close to the center of Lake Csorba and restaurants. The tram station is a few meters away, but its proximity is absolutely not disturbing.
