作為距離柏林郊區30公里的掛牌4星，除了德國酒店都沒有的牙膏牙刷拖鞋飲用水外，也沒有燒水壺。沒看到其他亞洲面孔😂
西式早餐，不是特別豐富還算可以。停車方便。
大床房面積好可以。
周圍環境很好，空氣好，有個湖，轉一圈得兩小時。步行半小時的地方吃得很多，步行一小時有麥當勞🍔哈哈哈

Everyone has a different taste, but this hotel didn't match mine. It seems that all the building were separate buildings in the past, and now they are somehow connected to each other. The rooms are not luxurious or have a typical antik style. I've no idea what style it's exactly. The wellness area is fine. Again lots of ups and down along stairs and different rooms, but it's fine. The breakfast was good as well. Probably, everything looks different when you visit the place in the summer time.

Ein tolles Anwesen,sehr flinkes und nettes Personal,egal ob früh um 7 Uhr oder Abend um 22 Uhr.Der Spa Bereich ist toll und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Essen war lecker und extra Wünsche wurde sofort umgesetzt. Es waren tolle Entspannte zwei Tage. Wir kommen in April wieder.

Wir hatten das Arrangement "Weihnachten am Kamin" gebucht. Das Hotel war phantastisch weihnachtlich dekoriert. Nicht nur die Lobby hatte einen wunderschönen Weihnachtsbaum, sondern auch jeder einzelne Tisch war zum Weihnachtsmenü und auch zum Weihnachtsbrunch mit viel Liebe festlich geschmückt. Das Essen war an allen Tagen sehr lecker. Aber was unseren Aufenthalt so ganz besonders gemacht hat, das war die Freundlichkeit, Höflichkeit und die gegenseitige Unterstützung und Anerkennung aller Mitarbeiter (vom Chef der persönlich im Service ausgeholfen hat, bis zur Reinigungskraft, die unser Zimmer so liebevoll hergerichtet hat.) Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

der gesamte Aufenthalt ist ein exklusives Erlebnis ! Die Herzlichkeit, das Ambiente,die Zimmer, der Wellnessbreich, die Gastronomie- es stimmt einfach alles. Man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen. Die Gastronomie ist ein echtes Highlight, ach eigentlich alles.

Wellneesbereich ist schlecht, winzig, einfach enttäuschend. Eine heiße Sauna, ganz wenig Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeit, wenig Haken für Bademäntel. Schicke Plastikblumen. Schwimmbad mit 9 Liegen für das ganze Hotel. Der Frühstückssaal hat nichts mit Gemütlichkeit zu tun. Essen war ok, jedoch ständig leer, warten bis wieder aufgefüllt wurde… Spiegeleier Omlettestation so gut wie nie besetzt

Ganz toller Service, super Wellness-Möglichkeiten! Öl-Massage war super, jederzeit wieder! Uns wurde ein Hotel-Bademantel gemopst während einer kurzen Dusche, aber das Hauskeeping hat sich sofort um unser Problem gekümmert. Toll!

Wir feierten hier unsere Traumhochzeit mit 50 Gästen und können nur gutes berichten. Insgesamt waren wir als Paar 3 Nächte im Hotel. Die Außenanlage sowie die Zimmer und der Spa-Bereich waren sehr gepflegt. Das Essen hat eine sehr gute Qualität und auch veganes Essen konnte angeboten werden und sehr gut umgesetzt werden. Der Email Verkehr zur Planung der Feier lief wirklich schnell ab, wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner und fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Auch während der Feier lief alles sehr professionell. Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Preise sind angemessen und das Hotel ist unsererseits sehr zu empfehlen. Wir freuen uns auf weitere Besuche.
