I stayed for two weeks whilst on business. The price for a single room and double was the same, so they gave me a double taking into account how long I was staying with them. The room was nice and spacious, plenty of storage space. Everything seemed recently refurbished in the last few years. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help: they made me a packed lunch instead of breakfast because I requested it, they let my girlfriend stay over for a weekend with no hassle at all. They even changed the wifi for me so I could have more bandwidth to do my online tutoring.

Great location and lovely room. The only issue I have is that the housekeeping team knocked early on the door both days waking us up. I suggest on the last night of the stay the housekeeping team wait until the residents have checked out before wanting to gain access to the room.

My mother and I checked in to Jury's Hotel Swindon for what was to be a short two-day stay for a convention. Due to a medical emergency and then us both falling ill, our two day stay turned into a seven day one. Jury's became our home away from home and couldn't have been better. The staff were all extremely supportive and kind given our unfortunate situation. I didn't catch anyone's name, but I wanted to especially thank two members of staff who helped me with my mother when she fell very ill and needed to go to the emergency room. The two ladies went above and beyond their usual work duties without any hesitation. I owe them a huge debt of gratitude and I certainly hope their supervisors recognize the amazing staff they are so fortunate to have. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of Swindon, which is a charming town. Especially old town Swindon, just up the street from the hotel. It's centrally located on many major bus lines and is a short walk from the bus station. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, as was every meal we had from the restaurant. My only complaint is that the room did not have a mini-fridge or microwave, which would have been extremely convenient for us, but we were able to eat just fine between the food delivery apps available and the hotel restaurant. I wish every hotel was Jury's Inn Swindon caliber. Well done. 👏

The hotel staff were brilliant. A really good team who couldn't do enough to help us. Breakfast was excellent; well cooked and presented nicely. We were there to go to an event at the Steam Museum and we found that the hotel, whilst a distance away from the venue was ideal for our purposes.

Me and Hubby had a great time at The Tawmy Owl. It started with dinner lovely home cooked Sunday Roast Then up to our room which we booked. Spacious, emaculat and really comfortable. Then back down for the Open Mike Night. Really great fun, lovely people, and lots of drinks to try. In the morning down for breakfast. Just what the Dr ordered. Thanks Laura for a great stay. We stayed here for 4 nights to explore the Cotswolds. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. On arrival we were upgraded to an apartment by the wonderfully friendly Maria, who made sure we were having a good stay throughout the time we were there. The food variety at breakfast was so good, the restaurant food was also great, I would recommend the Salad Nicoise. Our apartment was attended to every day, and the housekeeping staff were faultless. Although this is a dog friendly hotel, at no point was this apparent with any dog smells. Joanne, one of the waitresses at breakfast always welcomed everyone with her friendly smile and again, nothing was too much to ask of her. She is a real gem of the hotel. It was nice having the other choices on the site to eat and drink at too, The Hideout a particular favourite of ours. Would ber recommend to stay here, absolutely we would, and we would come back again with our dogs, the area around is so dog friendly with plenty of scenic walks, especially the big park in Cirencester. The pool area was clean and calming, as we were staying for a longer period, we were offered to use the pool without booking a spa session. This place is the gem of the Cotswolds Water Park to stay.

We needed an overnight to break our journey on the M4. This was ideal. Quick, friendly check-in with hot brealfast pre-ordered. Room and bed OK for what we paid (but would have liked two pillows and more tea bags.) Bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower good though lacking a grab rail over the bath. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and hot breakfast nicely cooked. Large well lit car park with CCTV. We would use this hotel again.

We had a stopover in Swindon so that we could travel to Stonehenge for my wife’s birthday. I asked the hotel in advance to do something to mark the occasion, which they did very well. When we checked in, the room had balloons and happy birthday messages all around the room. Another thing that impressed me was the breakfast. I have just been to a Premier Inn hotel in London on business at the time of writing this review. While Premier Inn offers slightly more variety in their breakfast foods, the quality of food in this Holiday Inn Express is exceptional, light years ahead of Premier Inn. Well done, Holiday Inn Express Swindon West!
