Janice and Brent are wonderful hosts. They treat you like you are family and are so hospitable and friendly. The accommodation is extremely clean, well maintained and the extra touches like chocolates and bath robes makes such a difference. The breakfasts were delicious and the conversation and views were outstanding! Watching the interislander ferry sail past all lit up was very special. I definitely recommend Pacific Bed and Breakfast!

I travelled to Wellington from Brisbane, so arrived very late into the evening. it was perfect to be staying within the airport. Despite this, there was no aircraft noise that impeded the ability to rest and sleep. Fabulous hotel, even for a solo female traveler, felt very comfortable being in the bar/restaurant on my own. would not hesitate to recommend or return to stay.

This hotel is not a city center, so walking around Wellington is a bit of a hassle; driving around, downtown parking is expensive. The hotel facilities are also relatively old, all on the first floor, broken, so that I have a little worried about the health. In short, the hotel is generally, the price is not very high.

Standing on the top of the mountain, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of Wellington and the scenery is beautiful. Going to Cuba Street, convenience stores, and supermarkets are very convenient. Because we don't have a car and don't want to take the bus, it is very convenient to choose here. I can walk to any attraction. The boss is very warm and kind. He said, ”He and the Chinese have worked together for ten years, just like a family.” What moved the words, he is very kind and friendly to the Chinese, and he gives it daily. We have prepared a free breakfast, we have to stay here for ten days, my daughter likes it very much, safe and hygienic. The kitchen in the restaurant can also be used free of charge. You can buy food and cook for yourself. It is a good place to take your children to travel. When I first came to check in, we took out the documents and showed them to the boss. He said cheerfully, ”No need to look, I know who you are,”. I think he may be a Chinese character with the Chinese for a long time. If you want cheap and very basic this is your place! The advert says they have Sky but they do NOT - they just have two channels of standard tv. Unfortunately we’d specifically chosen this place to watch a competition on sky - but couldn’t watch it. The manager wasn’t very happy when we asked about it. Bathroom works well - smelt of smoke, the windows didn’t lock shut, which meant street noise, but there was a heater to compensate (be careful with small kids thou). You can hear what is happening in other rooms - bring earplugs. but it’s cheap $120/night, great location, the cleaning staff are lovely and so helpful (possibly the best part of the stay).
