Disappointing, smelly, not clean, worst motel we have EVER stayed in. Be WARNED, try somewhere else. Very Run Down. ( Old Photos being shown) Bathroom shower mouldy, Light fitting broken, Carpet stained, hole in the wall behind door, Oven unclean and door falling off.

I had a very disappointing stay at Broadway Lodge Motel. The room was old, poorly maintained, and not very clean. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom had visible signs of wear and tear. The staff were unhelpful when we raised concerns, and the overall experience felt very underwhelming. For the price, I expected much better. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Appalling - Smelly, dirty and out dated, in bad repair, very tired motel and run down. Bed and couch saggy. Bed had a bed bug and checked for more. Not very clean. Only coffee, had to ask for tea, sugar and milk, no tea towels. The microwave was all rusted inside. No shampoo etc, asked for soap and toilet paper. Only towels, no flannels, hand towel, bath mats etc. Both bedside lamps broken. I could go on Absolutely not recommended.

There were quite a few stains and the bathroom needs a good clean out, and refurbishment of the cabinets and chairsas they are unloved and breaking. They need more places to sit on as there was only 1 couch and 2 chairs, I would highly recommended going somewhere else as there are lots better places in Stratford

The rooms were very sad and not the cleanest. Cleaner hasn't looked behind the door in bathroom for a while We stayed for 2 nights and nothing was replenished. NO toaster or can opener. Will never go back.
