Poor first impressions as this is on the edge of an industrial estate with factories front and back. But we needed accommodation with somewhere to park the car and we found a space on the street right outside the front door for free.(we didn't know there was secure parking available at the hotel). Friendly, efficient check in from Jeremy. Clean spacious seating and breakfast areas which we didn't use. The room is clean and well equipped and OK for one or 2 nights. The bathroom and kitchenette are small, the bedroom compact with wardrobe space and a comfortable bed. It was VERY hot while we were there so had the window fully open at night. Unfortunately at midnight on Saturday a rave started in the unit immediately behind with very loud music until 5am when they left shouting and slamming car doors. On Monday morning at 8am the factory behind started up what sounded like a hovercraft in our room which went on for about an hour. Maybe if you came in winter and didn't open the curtains or window it might not be so bad. On the plus side we really liked Strasbourg and this location is very convenient for the tram which takes just 10 mins into the centre.

The location is quite good. In a calm area and just 20 minutes to the center by public transportation. There is Super U supermarket nearby so it’s very convenient.
The room was clean.
Staff was friendly.
However they could improve by providing bottle of water in the room which is an usual practise in every hotel. There wasn’t fridge inside the room.
The bed was comfortable but the pillow was quite hard and thick. I had pain in my neck the day after.
Anyway was good overall

Reason for poor service. Room service ordered through portal, confirmation received through portal and email waited for over half an hour after requested time messaged restaurant twice no response. Then messaged front desk inly then to receive a call to say no room service that night an to come down to the bar if I want to. We had travelled for many hours and just wanted to relax in our room. So we did not bother with any refreshments. I think you may need to look this, it’s not good to let guests order and get confirmation for a service you are not providing that day. Maybe look at your processes.

We chose this hotel for economic reasons. The fact that the only night staying and having a car was that it was not meaningful to spend the ”did” figures they ask in the hotels in the centre of Strasbourg, because the King Soleil is in the noise and if you don't have your own means, I would say that it is very unrecommendable: it is a four-star average, perhaps overpriced, but in Strasbourg it is so. It is excellent to park in garage for only 5 euros, but also wanting to avoid this small amount, The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city. We had left packs to be kept in a freezer, and had to store a low temperature medicine in a refrigerator bag. And no, lovely, you don't do that! Raise the c. and go to you to pick them up, don't send us the client, even because you could quietly leave the post, being accompanied by another colleague. Or, as an alternative, remove the ”Prestige” not deserved from the hotel's name.

I had made a reservation to spend one night at this hotel with my family (wife and two children). We needed two rooms for the four of us. We were expecting simplicity - but definitely not filthiness. When we got there, we found that on both rooms the floor was visibly dirty, the bed linen had body hair on it and the air in the rooms had a terrible stench. Honestly, it was a highly unhealthy environment. There wasn't even soap available in the shower room! We returned the keys, left the hotel, booked rooms in a different hotel and are now fighting to get our money back from Premiere Classe Strasbourg Ouest - we should really demand compensation as we had only a few hours to enjoy in this wonderful city and a couple of them were spent dealing with this. Still, I am happy we left - we would have woken up with some respiratory disease or skin rash at the minimum the following day. Stay away from this place!

The hotel is at the edge of the down town walking area and two minutes walk to a big supermarket and two minutes the other way to the railway station. It was cold and wet when I stayed there, but the town was nicely decorated for Christmas. The room is a good size and very well constructed. The only odd thing is that I never found out how to turn off the bathroom lights. In fact on entering the room, it takes some time how to turn on any lights! The shower is comfortable, but I think the decision not to install a shower door might come back to haunt the hotel in the years to come as the bathroom floor will suffer with the stains. There is a small desk of adequate size, and the Wi-Fi was fast and free. Breakfast is included and is great. On leaving at 04:45, the staff offered to make me a coffee to go. I arrived from Hamburg by plane into Strasbourg. However, I should have taken the train, so I suggest anyone review that option. I flew out of Strasbourg which was €55 by taxi.

This is a joke! I arrived on Christmas Eve, no personel in the whole building, with codes we got in found our key just laying on a desk unattended and went to the room. The room stinked of cigarettes like crazy, it was like being in a bar!! Disgusted i called the one number they have for emmergencies, i called 40 times!! 40 times!! So now i have to sleep in the lobby, this is a nightmare!!! Christmas for God sake!! For this price!!! Edit: owner attacked me in the lobby in front of my son, grabbed my room documents and ripped them into pieces, yelling i should have gone to another hotel, or slept in my car! We almost fought and my kid was crying. The sigarette smell was paint he said, thats impossible. His son eventually helped and claimed i phoned the wrong number, the answering machine litteraly said: 'hotel Bugatti we are not in, call back.' i taped the incident with my phone, the owner was very agressieve verbally and physicly. The son gave me a room for the night as a short solution. But this reaction is madness, i'm leaving in the morning and filing a complaint. Do NOT come to this place

We were in family at 12 and gave us a fantastic Christmas buffet at the Best Western of Dorlisheim. It's really one of the best in the region Whatever the freshness and diversity of the proposed sets, the presentation, the welcome, everything was perfect. The fat liver was suckle, salmon, oysters, all the original and more delicious entries each other, the beef with fungi, gratin and a lot of desserts. Excellent price quality ratio Thanks! We will return 😋

Ttravel nezThe hotel is located right opposite the main station, which is convenient. Though its relatively far from most of the places of interest. We chose it due to our large luggages, it'll be great if they had ramp at their entrance for us to drag our luggage in. 😅
The room is very clean, and we got a free upgrade. Room is consider pretty small even though its upgraded. So be very careful when booking the small room. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade with 2 huge luggages. Breakfast is decent. They had free flows of drinks any time of the day, which is a plus for a chilling weather to have a cup of tea/coffee.
Overall is a pretty decent stay.

GGuest UserMy sister and I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. It is very clean, modern, and well located. It's close to the train station and Petite France. Our room was very quiet although it is facing the busy streets with restaurants and shops outside. The AC in the room and hot water in the shower work really well. A kettle with cups, tea bags, coffee packets, and creamer are provided in our room. This is great as we could enjoy a cup of hot tea in our room after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel staffs are professional and friendly.

Excellent room - quiet, we were in 323 3rd floor new part of hotel, love separate toilet from shower, wonderful comfortable bed and pillows, full length mirror, wardrobe and writing desk, well designed, sound proof windows and heavy door so not disturbed by noise of street or other guests
Breakfast - ample spread always topped up, large area to sit, interesting design
Friendly reception staff, so patient and helpful, special thanks to reception lady (slim with glasses and elegant grey hair) and booking lady Veronique
Fuss free parking for euro 17 is in garage basement of hotel, hotel staff parks car well, for bigger cars do check with staff as they can arrange alternatives.

GGuest UserWe had the Christopher Lloyd room! Other than that, location directly on the road from RR station (walkable) to Cathedral. With AC and sound insulated windows, very quiet. In room coffee a plus. Lobby coffee and filtered water a plus. Staff helpful with questions. Bkfst buffet more than adequate.

GGuest Usertrip.com has become [Best Western Hotel de France], but the actual name was Hotel Kaijo. I think it was probably renewed and changed its name. I was lost when the name was different, but the reservation was made properly.
There is a description in the review that there is a bathtub, but it was not in the room I stayed in, so if you want, you should request the hotel. The washbasin was clean or renewed, and the shower room and toilet were unusually separate. But I was worried about it because there was a mysterious dirt on the wall of the shower room.

GGuest Usertwo people stay in Odalys. The room was spacious and quiet. We had 3 good nights, the bed was firm but comfortable. The microwave is a nice to have, but cooking is not recommended. Bathroom was large with a good shower. A shower curtain would be useful. We also paid for breakfast which we do not recommend. €16 is too much money. A big problem for me was that there was no cutlery to take the eggs and bacon with you. This is not hygienic if you have to do this with the foodstuffs each individual eats with. It was also rather on the small side. It is good that the accommodation thinks about the environment so that there are not too many surpluses. But it would be nice if there was some more explanation on how to operate the juice maker.
