"The location of the hotel is a little far, but fortunately the transportation is convenient. There is a supermarket downstairs, and shopping is also very convenient. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is rich, and the front desk staff is very friendly."

"The Hilton is not a 4 star hotel, the room was really cold when we arrived and the air conditioning didn't really make it any warmer. The room was OK and clean, the shower didn't have much water and the hairdryer was only lukewarm. The blankets in the bed were too thin in winter. Breakfast was so-so, the coffee was excellent. A lot of things weren't refilled. The location is convenient if you're going to the wine fair, as the hotel is right across the street. Nice and cozy is a different story. The receptionists are very friendly."
"The location of the hotel is excellent, just opposite the train station, and the trip is extremely convenient. The room is also relatively large, and there is absolutely no problem with a child. The bathing facilities are a bit old and can feel that the store has been as clean and tidy as possible, and it is not easy for old hotels in Europe. The washbasin is a double basin, very good."

"It's very kind and the room is in good condition. It's good for the price. It's a 5-minute walk from the high-speed bus terminal. It's very suitable for people who go by bus."
"Breakfast is good, variety and taste. There is also a rest area behind the reception desk that provides coffee, tea and pingguo free of charge throughout the day. The hotel staff are also very friendly. It is very convenient to travel opposite the train station."
"The room facilities are a bit old, the elevator is very small, and it can accommodate 2 people and 2 boxes. The room is facing the street. The special surprise is that the room also has a balcony where you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the street view."
"Host at the height, cleanliness and all we need.
Just the rooms not isolated, so it depends on your neighbor, for us it was good.
And we had the alarm problem.
But it is generally unfair to come back again."
"There are many stairs in the hotel, high and low, the wood outside the door is sounded by walking, the sound insulation, the equipment is very old, the only advantage is to see the church view, but the bell will be very three-dimensional, there is a stairway at the door of the hotel, and there is an elevator after the 2nd floor."
"First of all, the location is great.
It's close to the station, so I was able to get to the hotel without any stress even when it was raining.
Not only that, the staff are extremely kind and flexible.
I'll have no hesitation in choosing this hotel the next time I go to Strasbourg."
"The room is really big and nice, and We think we got an extremely king bed. We have a wonderful experiences."

Very Good
AAnonymous UserI went to the University of Strasbourg for an exchange program for half a year. On the first day of my arrival, I booked a room at Le Grand Hotel opposite the train station. It felt really good, with complete facilities, comfortable and clean bedding, clean bathroom, convenient and safe luggage storage, convenient travel, and meticulous service. I will come again.

AAnonymous UserThe location is quite good. You can see the church spire and the train station from the window. It is very convenient to walk to the train station in a few minutes, and it takes more than ten minutes to get to Petite France.

NNooshinThe room is clean, but it was too small. The bathroom was really small and it was too difficult to use it. The room has kettle and some tea and coffee. There was not any noise in the room during our stay. Their servicing was good and every day clean the room if you want. The location of hotel is good enough for walking around the city and there are a lot of cafe and restaurant nearby. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. Also there are a coffee machine in the lobby and you can have free coffee, also have the water machine which have 3 types of water. I like this hotel but actually I don’t want to stay there again as the bathroom was not good enough. Also there isn’t any view.

DDavidAmazing location, nicely refurbished building and area. Private room is a decent size, essentially like a no-frills hotel for around 50€ a night (not sure how sustainable this price will be).
Was able to park bikes reasonably securely to stands in courtyard, and excellent cycle lanes nearby. Staff very helpful. Free WiFi. USB charging in room. Soap and towels in private rooms.
No accessible WC in public area, seemed to be blocked off by the restaurant in the morning.
Can't vouch for dormitories or restaurant as we didn't try either.
SSokratis MoutidisDecent stay, but very small rooms
The location is okay—not the best, but quiet enough. One big advantage is the tram stop right outside, which makes getting around very convenient. The room itself was quite small, but the biggest issue was the bathroom, especially the shower—it was extremely cramped. That said, for what it offers, the price is reasonable.
RRenlordThe aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes.
Nice things:
- Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle.
- Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower.
Thing to call out:
- The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn.
- The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin.
- The air conditioning is not adjustable.
- Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest.
- Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash.
- Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.
GGuest UserSmall hotel well located very close to the center, our room for 3 adults is quiet and well equipped. With comfortable beds, and bathroom with shower is quite spacious. The car park is in another building behind the hotel. Remember to reserve your place if you want a parking space. It will cost you 14€/d.
Note that the photo of the hotel displayed in the booking sites does not correspond to the hotel at all.
GGuest UserLocation ok for those who visit European Parliament. Only a few tram stops away. Good breakfast for a busy quest. Service was kind and helpful. Facilities included all the necessities.

GGuest UserThe location is in the city center, with convenient supermarkets and transportation. There is a living room, dining table and kitchen utensils. You can save money by cooking your own meals. The service staff is good, but there is no daily cleaning service.
