Everything was explained in a very friendly manner (city map/parking/sights, etc.) The room was fine, clean and charmingly furnished. There is a kettle so you can make coffee or tea at any time. The bathroom is very modern and clean. Small note: we were missing a power socket here. The breakfast buffet is very extensive. We would particularly like to praise the extremely friendly, multilingual staff at the reception and at the breakfast buffet. That is no longer a given these days.
