We stayed in Strasbourg in order to visit the Christmas markets there and in Colmar. The room at Le Moon was very clean, very comfortable and very spacious. Bathroom was excellent with a powerful shower. Location was good, close to the sights but quiet at the same time. The only downsides were having to climb two flights of stairs due to the lack of a lift and the arrangements re arrival aren’t ideal. Reception is open until 6pm but you still have to book an arrival time with the hotel. When I messaged with an amended time (still well before the deadline) I was then asked what train we were catching!! Upon arrival, we had to phone the reception as the front door was locked and the doorbell did not work. When checking in, we were immediately asked what time we would be checking out!! It’s not a cheap hotel and so I wouldn’t have expected to be ‘hassled’ in this manner. There are good sized lockers downstairs in the building which were available for storing our luggage on the last day after we had checked out while we spent a few more hours in the city. Overall a very nice place to stay but the admin arrangements could do with some improvement.

Location is about 1km away from the train station and the tourist area which was fine. Fully updated and clean. Laundry in the basement is a bonus. Street noise was typical for France. We would return.

As a family for Easter, the welcome from Fiona and Elysaveta was perfect. The rooms are magnificent. The view of the garden is splendid. We were treated to additional capsules and good advice for visits. Very quiet place and very well located. We will come back with pleasure. Bénédicte

Nous y avons séjourné avec deux adolescents. -Muni d’une cuisinette complète. -Beaucoup d’espace - Chambre fermée. Les lits étaient confortables et des robes de chambre étaient à notre disposition. - Des produits de bain Clarins complets étaient offerts. - Localisation de l’hôtel PARFAIT. Tout se joins à distance de marche. - L’arrivée se fait de façon autonome et c’est très facile. - Une buanderie est dispo ible aur place. Propreté sans reproche. Attention: pas d’ascenseur. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

Excelente acomodação para a família . Ficamos com uma unidade com 2 quartos , uma ante sala com mesa de jantar e uma cozinha embutida além de um excelente banheiro com amenities Clarins . Muito bem localizado em frente ao rio , muito próximo do centro histórico ( walking distance) e com area na frente ( paga ) para estacionamento. O único ponto desfavorável é a ausência de elevador o que atrapalha bem pra subir os 4 lances de escada com as malas . Mas é extremamente intimista , especialmente com a família . Oferece o que é esperado .

Très bonne situation. Au calme mais à un jet du centre. De nombreux commerces dans le coin pour le petit déjeuner, une cafetière avec dosettes fournies dans le logement pour accompagner cela. Le studio était bien équipé,propre et confortable. La literie était de qualité, seul point serait d'éventuellement ajouter un coussin supplémentaire en option dans une armoire.

Als Familie waren wir 2 Nächte zu Besuch. Unser Appartment verfügte über ein separates Schlafzimmer. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer war im kleinen Küchen- und Essbereich integriert. Außerdem gab es ein sehr gepflegtes, neu- und hochwertiges Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschtisch und sehr guter Badewannendusche. Zur Nordseite gab es noch eine große Terrasse. Wir waren im 3. Stock. Die darunterlegenden Appartements haben keine Terrasse und sind daher vermutlich entsprechend größer. Dennoch war unser Appartement für eine kurze Zeit auch mit 4 Personen ausreichend. Alles funktionierte Einwandfrei. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inklusive einer Nespressomaschine mit Kapseln. Erwähnenswert fanden wir auch die hochwertigen Toilettenartikel von Clairins. Die Lage des Hotels ist im übrigen sehr ruhig, da der Bereich offenbar verkehrsberuhigt ist. Zum Be- und Entladen kann bis zu 2 1/2 Stunden vor dem Hotel geparkt werden, ansonsten gibt es Fussläufig Parkhäuser für ca. 20 Euro / Tag.
