At check-in, there was no staff at the reception, and I waited over ten minutes before someone appeared. They then assisted a guest who arrived after me, which left a poor impression. A bell or some kind of alert system would be helpful when staff are away from the desk.
The bed was clean, but the room was very hot due to the lack of air conditioning, and loud noise from outside continued until around 1 a.m., making it hard to sleep. In addition, heavy footsteps could be heard throughout the building even after 11 p.m.—so frequent and loud that I wondered if people were running laps on an indoor track or if a kindergarten class was still playing.
I chose this hotel for its 24-hour reception and affordable price due to my flight schedule, but I would not stay here again.

Th only nice thing about this hotel was the location. I stayed in a 6 people shared room, to be honest it was quite expensive, and didn’t even have a towel or shampoo in the shower room. I’ve never been to a hotstel this expensive without any amenities.
When I asked about the towels, they told me they are 4 euros to rent.
Also the pillow and the blanket were terribly dirty.. I regret not having stayed in an airbnb for a little bit more price.
For the priced I paid they should have at least included some of the amenities, or cleaned the bed properly.

The first time I came to Strasbourg it was soooo amazing. And of course those places tend to be quite pricey! But this hostel is an option to stay at reasonable prices!

The hotel was actually very near all the scenic place just by walking distance or take bus 30 and walk for few minutes will reach the hotel room ! For the room of 4 is actually quite big and the breakfast was just fair not much appealing to me but is best with together the room !

Booking during christmas market period, so hotel price is so high and another choice was fully booked. You NEED to check in on 3pm only even if I could check in before check in time in Paris.... but they have luggage locker but not free of charge.
Room is clean, new and very big. Location is far from tram and bus (10 mins walk). I take the tram to central station for going to other city, tram is always delay :( it stop on the way then I missed the train ;( Recommend to book the hotel near main train station !

Great hostel! Stayed in a mixed room and was assured that there is going to be a healthy gender ratio. Was also lucky to stay in a room of 6 with only one other guest.
Super clean facilities, kind staff, all in all super nice.

This is a new hostel. I like the fact that it is located in an old cigga factory. However, the shower in the hostel was very poor. There was basically no hot water. There was only semi warm-semi cold water. It is not satisfactory for a cold day.
