The location is far of the center but I guess it’s fine due to the price. The real problem is the bathroom, it is very small. I am a short person and still had a lot of problems showering, I can’t imagine someone who is actually tall

This hotel location was very clean calming area but 11 minutes far from the centre by train,the staff were friendly and helpful,the room was clean with good breakfast in the morning,but the only problem I really didn't like it was the toilet,the toilet was extremely small, very very small that we couldn't take shower at all because the water was getting outside of the toilet to the sleeping room,I wish if we had good toilet to feel comfortable in the place, otherwise it was really good experience as it was first time to Straßburg,we really love the city and we enjoyed alot.

晚上10點多到達酒店的，攜程上顯示的是離店扣款，但是前台一直要求我們必須付款才能住，我們堅持説我們已經在平台付過了，他們似乎也很難用英語説出什麼有效的內容，就一直僵持着。由於我們都很累了，天很冷，而且法國很多酒店的前台晚上8點後就下班了，無奈衹能付款後入住。離店後攜程也扣了款，我們付了雙份房費，攜程要求我們自己聯繫酒店退款🤣，換誰能接受這些？另外，酒店很小而且沒有浴巾和衞生紙，也很臟，早餐衹有麪包，沒有盤子，用衞生紙包着麪包吃。還有，酒店在谷歌上的地址是錯的，找了好久才找到。大家一定不要定這一家。

Не совсем чисто, очень маленькая ванная комната, в которой буквально за шторкой угол - это душ, а прям впритык уже унитаз. Вытяжка не работает, полотенца нам выдать забыли, пришлось бежать за ними самой. Не очень приятное постельное белье, а укрывались мы простынью с дыркой примерно 1×2-3см. Вентилятор, работает со странным звуком при повороте, холодильник отсутствует, в комнате душно и слышимость сильная. На переночевать подходит вполне, надолго я бы не осталась
