The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved that they have 24/7 desk attendants. Our train was several hours late se we didn't get in till around 2am, and they were helpful and kind even at that hour. Room service was pristine. Always very clean.
The only complaint would be the WiFi, which would disconnect frequently and was slow when it was connected.

Staff and location were great but I wouldn’t recommend the Mansard rooms if you’re above Hobbit size. It will be you that goes “bump in the night.” … but very clean and nice facilities.
