There was a young multilingual Iranian receptionist who was very helpful. While the staff were friendly, he was voluntarily offering his help to guests. Apparently, he was really into his job; certainly enjoying it. The location is perfect. Within walking distance of a museum, city centre, river, and shops. Rooms are small and old but comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was sufficient and the location is good. We booked in for three nights in August. On arrival there was another guest asking if they could get a move to a different hotel due to the heat in the room, the male receptionist just shrugged his shoulders, said "It's a one hundred year old building, it gets hot, no refunds", though it was notable they have aircon in the reception area. We had a fan in the room which helped circulate the hot air but didn't cool you at all. The car park is not to be recommended if you have anything bigger than a Fiat 500, I have a lot of driving experience but driving our SUV up a ramp with a couple of inches to spare with no edge to the ramp, an 18" drop off with virtually no lighting was not something I want to do again. We had to leave a day early due to a family health emergency at home, when I told the female receptionist we were leaving early and explained the reason why, there was no sympathy, only a gruff "You don't get a refund" comment. The rooms are small as are the bathrooms. As stated before, no aircon which means the rooms are uncomfortably hot especially at night, lots of road noise outside makes leaving the windows open a poor option.

This is a nice hotel. Well situated near both railway station and city centre. Good wi-fi. Good breakfast but some salad items would be an improvement. Room very hot albeit this was a hot week. mmmmmmmm

We were prepared for a budget hotel but this was great and just what we needed. Rooms are small as we expected but clean and modern. Towels are changed each day, staff are friendly and helpful and the help yourself buffet breakfast was amazing. Hot and cold drinks and fruit was available all day for guests as was a bar, children's area and books / newspapers. The location for us as tourists was perfect as everything was within a 10 minute stroll from the hotel.

This hotel is clean,well run and has friendly staff.It is central and is one tram lines to visit different areas of the city(European Parliament,Neustadt)It is in the central shopping area.We had a slight billing issue which was efficiently dealt with.

Parking a perpete. Accueil des plus simple avec une hôtesse complètement a l’ouest. Elle nous a communiqué de fausse informations sur les choses à faire à Colmar. La chambre pas trop mal mais aucune isolation. Nous avons dormi avec nos voisins tellement les murs sont fins. Lits super dur et petits déjeuners moyen. Point positif, les dames du petits déjeuner sont très agréables. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Je tiens à préciser que nous sommes membre diamonds chez Accor donc nous connaissons bien la chaîne et la c’est à revoir.
