Amazing hotel! Definitely Reccomend!

Could have rated the service as terrible if not for the gentleman at the front desk, who eventually came up to our room to try help us with the aircon. At the end, it still didn't work at all and we had to leave the window opened. The kitchenette was in bad shape, with the cabinet door almost falling out from its hinges. Luckily the bedsheets were fresh. We were glad we had stayed only for one night.

We had the family studio room for 3. Overall not too bad. Studio room w small kitchen and small fridge. Not much amenities. Bring your own stuff. The location was good and mall right next to it. Very convenient for shopping. And grocery too.

A very successful, clean hotel close to the city center. Train station to city center and shopping centre. It's nice that it's 5-10 minutes. Clean. It is a hotel that cares about its customers and offers the opportunity to cook in the room if desired.

Good evening After having settled my stay with you. I called the hotel to confirm the reservation. What was done. Later I called back a second time to get parking and if possible a shower instead of a bathtub, I had an unpleasant lady named Justine who refused me the services I had. asked and ended up telling me that I had to cancel the reservation with you because there were no more places for us. I told him it wasn't possible. This reservation could not be modified or canceled. We were told that she didn't care and that when we arrived there would be no room for us. Finally we showed up on the day as planned, we got a room and a parking space. It was someone else who took care of us luckily! Why this affront? We would like to know why? We will make a complaint to this lady's hierarchy. Good reception

The family room is very clean and spacious. The kitchen, tableware, and microwave are all fully equipped. There is a large shopping mall and supermarket opposite the hotel door. It is very convenient!

5 nights in double room appartment. The room was overall OK and we had a nice stay. The kitchen was small and not all equipment needed was there. It is obvious that the hotel and the appartments are getting old and a little renovation would be good.

Small pool, cold and within the room a cot used to serve as second twin bed for a family of four. Uncomfortable

The property was well located. 10-min walk to the centre and a shopping mall was on the other side of the road. Overall, we were pleased with our stay ... Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet is not worth €16 per person per day. Lack of selection ... and no fruit is being offered.

Apartment was spacious. Location is walking distance to the main station and sites. Good transport connections, if needed. No fuss check-in, check-out and left luggage.

Very helpful staff and fantastic location. The room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the Odalys Green Marsh! Our room was clean and large, WiFi worked well, and the location between the train station and old city of Strasbourg was perfect for us. It was also nice to be so close to a mall, which we used several times for food and other things we needed. A very nice stay! Very basic but absolutely met our needs.

Property was clean and tidy and good for a nights stop over.

Practical, basic place with good bathroom and a kitchen that would allow a longer stay. Not much room but I did fine. Pol is very small but it's nice ti have one. Not a glamorous area but one can walk or tram from the main station easily staff were very friendly though the first woman I dealt with rather brusquely insisted on returning English to my French. Who knows, maybe she functions n Alsatian. Walk a few blcoks radius and you'll find better food options, including bakeries and cafés, then are immediately evident. I would stay here again.
