Great hotel in a perfect location. Good breakfast. Maybe a bit noicy in the breakfast room. Everything shiny and new. We had an early train to catch on the last morning. Host set us up with a taxi and early access to the breakfast! Thank you! Would stay again!

Wir waren kurz vor Weihnachten in Stralsund und haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Am Zimmer selbst gibt es nicht viel auszusetzen...modern, sauber, ruhige zentrale Lage - so haben wir es empfunden. Leider, und da muss man wirklich leider sagen, waren wir im Nebenhaus untergebracht. Was eigentlich kein Problem ist, wenn sich nicht hier im Keller eine Raucherbar!!!! befinden würde. Und der Rauch zieht leider durchs Gebäude. Ein NoGo! Da das Hotel komplett belegt war konnten wir auch nicht wechseln. Es hat uns den Aufenthalt im Hotel leider etwas vermiest. Daher können wir für das Nebengebäude keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Am Frühstück im Hauptgebäude können wir auch nicht meckern. Einige Gästekommentare sind nicht nachvollziehbar und unangebracht. Wie auch, und auch das muss gesagt werden, manche Gegenkommentare aus dem Hotel. Da darf etwas an der Professionalität gearbeitet werden.

Nur alle 4 Tage zimmer reinigung und Handtuchwechsel.Waschbecken und Toilette sollten aber aus Hygiene Gründen täglich gereinigt werden!!! Wurde auch nicht auf der Internetseite darauf hingewiesen. Zumindestens Bad mußte täglich gereinigt werden. Handtuch wechsel kann ja nach Bedarf gewechselt werden,wie normal üblich,wenn Handtücher auf dem Boden gelegt werden.

Das Hotel besteht aus einem Haupthaus und ein ca 50m entfernt gelegenen Nebenhaus. Im Haupthaus können die Ebikes in einem abgeschlossenem Raum mit Lademöglichkeit untergebracht werden. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Im Nebengebäude gibt es keinen Aufzug. Die Zimmer und Bäder wurden renoviert
