No elevators or help with luggage and we had an upper floor room. Room and location only OK. This was our most disappointing room on a week-long road trip on the German Baltic coast.

The hotel is nicely located on the harbour-front. There is construction work going on outside at present but this did not disturb. My room looking back at the old town was very small but quiet. It was a double room with 2 single beds, continental style but might have seemed cramped for 2 ( large) people but was perfect for one. There was a really good breakfast buffet at extra cost. The receptionist recommended a good nearby restaurant for dinner. There is no lift. I would stay here again.

This is a really rather lovely hotel, constructed out of a string of several historical buildings, right on the harbour front in this beautiful town. Because of the historical nature of the structure, it feels charmingly, higgledy-piggledy, and those seeking massive space, and modern amenities, might be best looking elsewhere. Right next door is the superb Ozeaneum.

a very lovely and tiny hotel in the old port area. great staff, clean rooms with a gorgeous outlook to rügen island, a small but cosy bathroom, a fantastic breakfast buffet. no lift but nice restaurants around the corner and only 10 mns walk to the old market and new market. overall good value for the money. what else could you wish for?

Schönes Mittelklassehotel direkt am Hafen in maritimer Atmosphäre. Comfortzimmer im Neubau angenehm ausgestattet und geräumig. Frühstück überteuert. Altstadt in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Freundliches Hotel mit Meerblick, aber die Nachbarschaft zum Ozeaneum ist eher ein Problem. Ohrenbetäubende Bässe die ganze Nacht bei Veranstaltungen (Fr/Sa). Schlaf nicht möglich. Frühstück mit €18,50 pP für die Qualität erheblich überteuert. Kaffee eigentlich nicht trinkbar.

Ich war mit meinem 12 Jährigen eine Woche da. Es liegt gleich neben dem Ozeaneum. Die Buchung für ein Zimmer mit Ausblick zum Wasser hat sich echt gelohnt.
Wir waren spweit rund um zu frieden. Das einzige was leider bemängeltnwerden muss, ist der viel zu wenige Platz beim Früchtücken. Wir hatten zwei mal Pech und kein Platz bekommen, da alles immer belegt war.
Für die Menge an Urlaubern die in der Unterkunft Platz haben, müsste man mehr Platz schaffen.
Sonst waren wir aber im großen und ganzen zu frieden und würden es so auch nochmal buchen.

Ich war hier sehr lecker Matjes essen. Schöne Terrasse mit angenehm freundlicher Bedienung.Ich entschied mich für dreierlei Matjes und ein schönes Alster dazu! Ca.10 Minuten nach meiner Bestellung wurde bereits serviert.Alles sehr lecker und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung! Ich kann dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
