Kerrellie Cottages 2, 4 & 8 Reid Street

The location is convenient with easy access to shops and the marina. Guests appreciated the comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. The hosts were welcoming and informative.

My wife and I stayed in the Sir John cottage for two nights in May whilst travelling along the west coast of Tasmania. Upon arrival, the owners who live next door welcomed us and explained how everything worked. The property was clean, tidy and quite spacious. There was a separate large bedroom and a large and adequate ensuite complete with laundry facilities. The kitchen had most amenities, including two small hot plates. There was a split system and a wood burner (with heaps of wood provided) in the main living area, which both provided great warmth. It was cold, windy and raining during our stay so these luxuries were very welcomed. Be aware there is no wifi provided by the property, which didn’t worry us too much. Situated directly opposite the IGA supermarket was very convenient and being short walk down the hill to the Main Street, shops and marina was also handy. There was heaps of information on the local area including what to do, where to go and eat and how to get around provided by the owners which was very helpful. Recommend and we would stay here again.
