Tony provided excellent services to us, providing host seating, chauffeur, concierge and personable and friendly Conversation. Made our stay most enjoyable! He even found hair spray for me and provided recommendations for many local attractions.

Amazing two night family staff. We were all treated like VIPs, kids especially. Staff are a credit to the hotel. Ate at South and Palmer and both were excellent. Will definitely be back. Only slight downside was that the pool was cold but I'm being picky.

Blown way by our stay at this hotel, it exudes opulence! the rooms are stunning, the staff were cheerful and professional and the food was top class. The hotel is situated on the most stunning grounds, so our family of 4 were able to avail of the complimentary bikes the hotel had to offer to view these beautiful surroundings. Absolutely loved our stay here and can't wait to visit again.

The very disappointing finale of our Ireland castle tour. We were given a disability accessible room. On the one hand I’m glad they have these rooms. However - we treasure a nice bathroom. My disappointment was immeasurable when I discovered no walk in shower. No soaking tub. A sink that was closer to my knees than my waist. The room was reserved months ago so - how does this happen? What happened ? I called the front desk but they didnt understand the issue. Nothing was offered as a remedy. We went from stunning room, to stunning room…then the K club and antics I expect from a Best Western. I can’t believe they screwed this up and brushed us off.

Had the most amazing, relaxing, night away last weekend! The service from Cesar and Saoirse was faultless. I wished I could have stayed longer to snuggle into their soft pillows and mattresses! 🛌 Had so much fun cycling around the estate on the bicycles provided 🚲

I’ve been here 6-7 times & it always excels. Food, service, spa, the whole attitude to service & the “welcome” is, in my opinion, unrivalled. I’ve been fortunate to stay in plenty of top notch 5 stars & the K is right up there. Lots of very kind Complementary extras for a 25th wedding anniversary. Bravo K club!

This isn't just a hotel, it is a whole experience. Myself and my husband are well travelled and we have both said this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It will literally take your breath away. Everything from check in , the rooms , the service , the little touches, the landscape, the food was absolutely perfect. We celebrated our 6th year wedding anniversary here. The hotel left a beautiful fruit bowl, chocolate, marshmallows and a card in the room. Upon check out we were greeted by Ceser the guest relations manager who gave us the most beautiful gift bag with wine and chocolates. He was such a kind hearted gentleman. Little touches like this make the world of difference. If you ever get an opportunity to stay here please do. I promise , you won't regret it. We have already booked the next trip for July.
