Hotel Park Venezia

Nice spacous rooms and good beds. Tha hotel is well run clean and worm. Breakfast is classic continental. The staff is polite and speak english very well. The hotel is placed in a residential area and there is a lack of shops and convinient stores in the neighberhood.

This hotel is dated and lacks the basic amenities expected for a 3 star hotel. The air conditioner did not work, our room temperature reached 31 degrees Celsius, despite a fan that I went to get at the reception in the middle of the night. The beds could best be described as narrow, single, camping beds, with very run down furnishings. The shower door was broken and the tampered glass on it was so crusty, you could scrape the filth with your nails. The staff were friendly and made up for the poor conditions as best they could. They kindly offered to store our perishable foods in their fridge, and we were able to get a partial discount for the horrible night spent there. We did however cancel the second of two nights booked, as other guests told us that their air conditioner was also either broken or simply inefficient. This is NOT a 3 star property. I do want to highlight the kindness of the staff, especially at night, but the condition of the property is miserable and well below even 2 star properties we have visited. Avoid!

The room is in a really bad condition. Our room wasn't cleaned recently. There are stains all over the bed sheets. The building in general looks sketchy and creepy. The staff is also very rude and doesn't care for the customers. There's also hair all over the bathroom floor. Over all ,i definitely do not recommend!!!

We saw a picture of Jesus on a cross with a lot of blood and it was super realistic. Also the ac isnt working properly. Half of the lamps arent working too. The shower cabins have holes in them. The closet with the matresses is wide open in tge middle of the hotel. The staff doesnt know english and is very rude. Come here if you like disappointments.
