Silverstone

We stayed in a family room that I later found out was the old part of the building that meant that when it said on the email it had air con it did not and sleeping four in a small room with no air con. The room got up to 28 degrees at night and thats not acceptable.! We didn’t sleep

The hotel is ideally situated near to Silverstone so it was very convenient. It fits the bill in terms of location, suitable amenities and although there isn't a restaurant for an evening meal, the pub next door - The Green Man Inn, does excellent food and the staff are great. At the Premier Inn- we were warmly greeted by Soxy, and Amelia, Veronica, Holly, Sarah and Callum were really helpful and friendly too.

Disappointing and dirty hotel. Litter left in room from previous guest. Carpets hadn't seen a hoover in a while. Smelled musty throughout and paint peeling off walls. Although we booked in for a full breakfast, we could only have a continental breakfast as the chef was off that day. There was nothing continental about a slice of toast and a couple of bananas and apples (that had seen better days).

Stopped here on a Friday night to break up our North to South journey at about the half way mark and positioned conveniently on the A43. The staff were all really friendly and helpful with the hotel being to the standard Premier Inn level so we knew what to expect. The restaurant/bar is in a pub next door which we only used to get a drink when we arrived, breakfast was in the small breakfast room so it is essential to book a time slot for this to make sure you can get in rather than risk waiting. It does state that there is no aircon in the rooms so there is a chance they could get rather warm on sunny days.

Just checked in at Silverstone premier inn. The most patient and helpful member of staff was amazing and so helpful. Without doubt an excellent ambassador for the company. Nothing was too much trouble. The room is also really good. Spacious and clean.

The room was so incredibly hot. There was no air con in the room. We had a fan but there was no other options available to cool the room down, other than leaving the room door open. Which we weren’t going to do. I’ve never sweated so much! Plus the shower wouldn’t switch cold water to even be able to cool down that way. But the blonde lady on reception was really helpful and even though she hadn’t worked there long gave us more sympathy than the other staff. The bathroom was filthy you could see foot print as across the floor, didn’t stand up to the usual cleanliness of a premier inn

room was 23.5 degrees hot with no way to reduce. Paid for a cooked breakfast and goit given continental as there were no available staff to cook breakfast.

Receptionist was exemplary. Resolved our small issue immediately and was so friendly. Made us feel really welcome. Think her name was Siouxzanne. Total asset to your company. Went out of her way to be helpful and resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently.

Excellent friendly staff throughout. Unfortunately could not get an evening meal as this was not available although there is a pub within the grounds
