Lovely hotel, clean and well equipped. Great breakfast with nice lounge and bar areas. When I stayed there were some rooms being refurbed but noise was not a problem. Marked down from 5 to 4 as the laundry lost a couple of items of smalls on 2 occasions. Would happily stay again.

We stayed recently for two nights while we attended a family wedding near by. The hotel and staff were excellent. There were lots of comfortable areas to sit and relax and the bar area was really nice. We particularly enjoyed the chap playing the piano in the evening he was superb! You must check out the roof top as the views are incredible. Our room was comfortable and spacious and our bathroom was bright with a large mirror which was fantastic for doing my hair and make up. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Plenty of hot options, full fry up, pasties, fresh bread, cereal, yoghurts the list was endless. Tea, coffee and fresh juices too. I never used the pool area as we ran out of time but it looked really good so take your swimmers. I would not hesitate in staying here again. 100% recommend

Fantastic hotel, clean, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, lovely comfortable beds, nice en-suite, amazing view from top floor outdoor area. Bar/ lounge area tastefully decorated and very relaxing atmosphere.

Hotel was okay. Room was comfortable, wifi was good. Shower was good and warm. Breakfast was okay. One thing that was disappointing was that the bar in the hotel closed early, despite there being around 40 people that were hoping for 1 or more drinks. Given that we were all part of a large booking of 50+ people eating dinner on the 9th floor, it should not have been surprise.

Really Nice hotel with friendly staff. The SPA facilities are really good also. Food on the expensive side. That's the reason for not giving full score.

After traveling 16 hour it was not possible to buy a glass of wine in the evening. very disappointed and have chose another hotel if i had known they don't serve wine on the evenings, the staff was not helpful Even i go to the reception twise to kindley Ask.

We have booked 2 nights in double room under handball festival. The room was old, not nice and VERY overpriced. Lack of basic furniture. 2 nails on the wall where it used to be a picture. The room was too hot and the receptionist said he could not help us with this… Later in the evening we got help from the other guy in the reception. Housekeeping did not clean day room. They never showed up. Breakfast was disappointing. All in all disappointing experience.
