We did not like this hotel at all! We chose it because it is located halfway between two cities we stopped at during our driving vacation. The area it is in did not feel very safe. And it did not look very clean.I requested a quiet room. But the check-in staff explained that: when you book with Ctrip they will automatically assign you the worst and noisiest room. I asked to change the room. They said it cannot be changed. The entire night there were sounds of people walking loudly over our room and things thudding above us. The bed frame was even shaking from it sometimes. We could hardly sleep all night. It ruined one entire day of our vacation :(

Ms Jane works front desk. She was very friendly and welcoming all the way to the housekeepers and the lady that served breakfast. Thank you all. The room was nice and clean. Love they hot water and shower pressure. Breakfast was okay just wish they would think about people that don't eat beef or pork and serve turkey products. Overall we'll stay again.

Heavy smell of “Carpet Fresh” all through the hotel and pillow had a slight “oily” smell. Otherwise things were decently clean. Employees were all very nice and helpful. “Eco-friendly” rating of 1 due to plastic and styrofoam cups and plates rather than paper.

Overall we had a good stay. Our room was ok although the entrance light didn't work and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Property was decent. Used to stay here in the past but this experience was just ok. Our room had a slight hint of stale cigarette smoke. The bed linen wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. We didn’t have enough washcloths (only 2 and there was 3 of us), not enough hand towels (only 1 for 3 of us). The room looked like it had been updated since I last stayed there, but the mini fridge and microwave shelf looked very old and dusty. We stayed in a suite so the bedroom door partially blocks the entryway of the bathroom, at least by 6 inches. Very awkward set up. I couldn’t keep all the lights off when going to bed for fear of walking into the door if I had to use the restroom on the middle of the night. The breakfast was decent. I got full. Staff members were pleasant. I reserved a room for my dad and when he walked in the room, the TV was on, towels were on the bathroom floor, the bed wasn’t made. We had to go back downstairs to get a key to a different room. The staff said housekeeping staff marked it as being cleaned but it wasn’t.

Kiara, at the front desk, was warm and pleasant and had a smile for everyone.
She was so sweet.
Room was spacious and comfortable.
Could have been cleaner. Dust on the lamps, shmutz on the floir by the ottoman.
Breakfast was very good.
All-in-all i would choose to stay here again.

We showed up for our reservation early in the morning and the staff was incredibly rude the entire time. They refused to honor our reservation and we were forced to pay for another hotel
