The breakfast is delicious, the hotel is great and they organize my tours in Stone town they even find a guide in spanish . This hotel was affordable and great for taken trips to Nakupenda and prison island. Kholle house has good reception of wifi. I arrive at 3 am of the morning they were waiting for me and they gave me a nice room to rest.

The location of this property in Stone Town is brilliant and you could really sense the history of the property and the town. The excursions on offer to really help you get under the skin of the town were great and the room, pool, food and staff were ace and really made our stay.

Stunning property with a majestic feel. Pool rarely used so we had that to ourselves in the evening & first thing in the morning. Room was spacious & had a kitchen area and kettle for personal use. Fresh drinking water from just outside of the room. Staff were friendly & helpful. Walked around stone town & felt very safe with children.

Lovely space in Stone Town - Zanzibar - that has unique rooms and serves great food! Kholle House deserves the name ‘Boutique hotel’ and breathes history. A colorful place with great service. Do not forget to enjoy the garden and pool as well!

friendly staff, great feel of the hotel overall. location is good, good breakfast. What they could do better is offering trips for a better price instead of making (good) money on it themselves, Negotiating with boatsmen directly gives much better deal...
