The hotel is beautiful. It is located at the heart of Stone town. If you like luxury than this hotel is for you. I’m definitely going to go back. The food and the friendly staff made my stay extra special.

The room was nice and clean. The service is quite good and proactive. The environment is great. There is also the only Chinese restaurant on Sang Island 300 meters away, which is very cost-effective. Recommended. However, the dolphin watching and prison island recommended by the hotel are relatively expensive, so if possible, look outside.

A standard 5-star hotel with outdated equipment. Compared to the all-inclusive star resorts in the north, the Park Hyatt is not as cost-effective in terms of services and hardware. Dinner management was a bit chaotic.

It is the best hotel in town. The rooms are clean and have complete facilities. The hotel is an old palace. unique Close to the beach and city can walk anywhere The staff is very attentive. The evening sunset is very beautiful.

This hotel has everything right : its location, its accommodations (beautiful parksuite with stunning views) , its very caring staff, its delicious buffet breakfast and of course the unique Zanzibarian vibes. Having experienced different hotels in Stone Town during previous stays I wouldn’t hesitate to say that the Park Hyatt is definitely the best in the city. Not to be missed.

I cannot say how much I am enjoying my stay at the hotel. The service is wonderful, from the reception- shout out to Paul to the dining staff- I treated myself to services at the spa, Ayu was the best massage/facial specialist I have ever had. I floated out of the spa. My stay is not finished yet- am delighted I chose the Park Hyatt in Stone Town for my stay!

Amazing hotel, beautiful views and excellent service. Victoria was super helpful on my first day in helping me get to dinner at a nearby restaurant. The terrace is beautiful and I received the best service from Christopher daily. Breakfast was delicious!
