Absolutely lovely hotel..clean, comfortable with a wonderful breakfast. We came for a family wedding and couldn’t have asked for anywhere better! If I’m going to be picky coffee/tea facilities in the room would have made it 5 stars! Highly recommend and will definitely come back for another visit!

Dirk and Anita are exceptional hosts. The rooms are traditional, clean and comfortable. There is a sizeable balcony for each room with beautiful views overlooking Stolberg. There are shutters that you can pull down over the windows and door at night to block out the sun. The service we received was without fault. Our first night I ordered a hot chocolate and my grandmother and I spent a lovely evening in the lounge doing a crossword puzzle together. My drink was delicious. The staff spoke excellent English. We were greeted by Anita at breakfast where there was a delicious selection of eggs, bacon, cheeses, cold meats, yogurts, cereals, jams, fruit juices, bread and fruit. It was such an peaceful place to stay - with the exception of the wasps that bothered me very much whenever we sat outside!

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, geräumige Zimmer, angenehme Schlafmöglichkeit und mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstück. Fitnessraum und Sauna sind ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen. Störend empfand ich die morgendliche Rezeption, unfreundlich und störrisch. Die elektronischen Geräte werden auf den Zimmern abgezogen, und elektronische Geräte aus den Steckdosen entfernt - sehr ungewöhnlich. Die Rezeption auf die Tatsache angesprochen und beiläufig auf die im Winter zugedrehte Heizungssteuerung angesprochen wurde zu meinem Erstaunen pampig reagiert und mir angeboten ein anderes Hotel zu suchen. Was läuft denn dort schief??? Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel aber nicht als kritikfreundlich einzustufen. Deswegen gibt es eine 2/5 Bewertung im allgemeinen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei dem Personal merkte man dass sie selber Spaß an dem Service hatten, seeehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles da, frisch und mit liebe zubereitet. Ich werde dieses Hotel auch in unsere Hotelliste für unsere Monteure eintragen, perfekt. Danke nochmals für das tolle Wochenende.

Bij aankomst voldoende parkeerplaatsen en welkom geheten door een vriendelijke receptioniste in een sfeervolle lobby. De pin deed het niet en dat werd netjes bij inchecken aangegeven. Een mooie en ruime kamer die smaakvol ingericht is. Heerlijke boxspring bedden een apart zitje en mini bar. Wat altijd handig is een bankje voor je koffer. Vanaf het balkon een prachtig uitzicht over het dal. Na een wandeling en diner in het oude centrum een sauna genomen. Deze hadden we gereserveerd en stond al gebruikers klaar. Voor een hotel prima faciliteiten en voor de sportievelingen was er ook een fitness ruimte. Na een uitstekende nachtrust genoten van het ontbijt. Een gevarieerd ontbijt van brood tot aan yoghurt.
