The hotel has a great location, super close to the train station, and the staff were very friendly and helpful (they stored our luggage for free!). However, our room had a strong smell of smoke, possibly from the bathroom or window. Also, it was a bit noisy at night, which also made sleeping difficult.

We had a great stay here. The room was spacious enough for 4 people. Excellent location—close to the train station and within walking distance to the city center.

We love it the room, suitable for 4 of us.
And the best thing about the hotel is very strategic place to the HBF (Train Station). Room comfort is good. Love to come back here while visiting Aachen City.

Had a pleasant stay. We spend about a week. The room was clean and the toilet too. Even though the location is very near to the main train station, it was not noisy at all. A walking distance to halal food and supermarket. However, we tried to book the room cleaning services but no cleaning lady came to clean our room.

For a night it was acceptable. My bathroom had no toilet rolls and the room was pretty dusty. If you face a similar problem, go ahead and ask for service.

This is the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. The room is never cleaned. There's no toilet paper, the bathroom is full of hair, it's very small, and the window barely opens. People eat in the bed. The smell is awful. It's so hot I couldn't sleep.
