The Hotel was incredible good located, the Garden surrounding the Hotel was amazing. The breakfast was quite full and also the food was fresh. The bar tender Silvester was amazingly kind, and he was really keen on preparing all cocktails. The receptionist Walmer was also so kind, we forgot the charger adapter and he gave us one! Also he was always prepared to solve any questions we had!! Our experience was much more of what we were expecting. I definitely recommend this Hotel, not only for the building but for all the staff!! Definitely my Number one come back 🇦🇷

I turned up after dark to a very impressive, well lit venue. Very helpful staff and easy check in. Lovely room, not particularly big but a very comfortable bed with a nice bathroom (great shower) and tea making facilities. I did not have dinner or breakfast there and left quite early so did not spend much time there on this occasion. It is in a very nice, quiet location and easy to access from the M25 via the M4 or M40. I certainly plan to stay there again. The Christmas decorations were very well done - beautiful.

We stayed at the gate house and it was very dated and cold with some black mould around shower and windows

Old & outdated Whilst the hotel is set in nice grounds & is a charming old building it really requires some updating & maintenance. Booked a junior suite which has the potential to be good it just falls short. The room was very shabby, furnishing was very old suffered, basic and really needed some tlc. The curtains were ripped & can’t be drawn fully, dust around the room and lots of marks on the floor, furniture with a very old faded sofa, stains in y bathtub. The bed itself wa comfortable the pillows were very uncomfortable. The carpet in the hall ways is very dirty & everything is just really run down. Restaurant needs to be pre booked which is very unfortunate as you can’t without a reservation and really not ideal at all. Whilst I appreciate upkeep on an older building is a lot this hotel was just disappointing.

Not what advertised Rooms advertised are nothing like what you get. Booked a deluxe room for post wedding stay and all I got was a box with a bed. No AC, so summer stay was a bad idea. Asked to move to another room but fully booked over weekend. Would not use again.

A Slough Berks-Bucks Gem Utterly gorgeous. We got the simpler room and it was still lovely. Comfortable bed! Remember to check in your car registration on their ipad. Fabulous shower. Good for dogs the grounds are beautiful. The driveway is a stunner.
