It was an awesome experience, it felt really like home.  The property manage Joseph is such a great and very welcoming mate. I definitely would use them again and  I recommend to all travelers.

The guesthouse itself is within walking distance to Stoke-on-Trent Train Station and Staffordshire University (college road & leek road). The room and the property was very clean. The Owner Gabriel and Property Manager Joe was very helpful and made me feel safe during my stay. They accommodate long stay with discounted price. The rooms are exactly how the advertised on website (if anything better).Rooms are very big and spacious, bathroom were very clean. Rooms had aesthetic lights ( also dimmable). There were Sockets near bed and 2 work desk/ study desk and settee with coffee table. Free WiFi at the property. In short great find and will stay here again.

Me and my partner stayed in this house as i am a makeup artist. The managers where very understanding as to i will have people coming in and out of the house every hour from 7am until 3pm and there was no problem. i was very happy with the service. They provide lighters for the smoking area and free tea coffee and hot chocolate, The rooms where very clean and well up to the same standard(we booked two separate rooms, one for my work and the other to sleep in) the bathrooms in the rooms where very clean and kept nice. Will definitely book. again if in the area.

Poor service. Was locked in like a prisoner. Could not go in and out without asking hotel personal to unlock door to leave and to get back in as they had the only key to entrance.

Worst place please avoid Absolutely terrible place! Firstly they told to go to a different address than advertised, then when i arrived there was water pouring down from the ceiling in the reception room. No electricity for about an hour. I was a given just a single room when i paid for an ensuite. Then got told off for using the washing machine! Avoid this place at all costs

Clean and fine for our needs. We stayed in a double room for the purposes of visiting Alton Towers. The location was perfect being about 40 minutes away. The room was basic but clean and comfortable with a private shower and toilet. No tv but this was fine. Downstairs had a communal kitchen and seated area which was clean. I only used facilities to make a cup of tea. Joseph (manager) was welcoming, friendly and was always nearby to answer any questions. £20 refundable deposit was required for the room key. Fireworks went off first night which was annoying but no fault of the property. Free parking on one side of street which was ideal. Walls were a bit thin so you could hear doors opening and closing so earplugs advisable. But overall ok for our needs - to lay our heads for a couple of nights.

Not sure what to make of it Very bizarre set up. Set up as HMO rather than B&B. No Tv. Your not allowed a front door key, so staff come to door when you leave and enter. Although staff are polite, quite alot of miscommunications. Room was not very clean. Shower was blocked and caused a flood. It is in a very bad area and quite noisy till gone 2am. Can hear staff downstairs loud tv till that time too. Very strong smells permeating building. Did use laundry facilities which was nice. Used as a basepoint to visit: Alton Towers,Alton Towers Waterpark and Trentham Estate. Close to Train Station. Close by to shops. I prefer proper B&B/ Hotel set up: Allowed to come as go as you please,tv, privacy. Staff aren't sitting in common area all day.

Will not be going back, poor cleanliness and smelled terrible. We did not get access to the front door after hours. I knocked the door for ages before I could be let in. Very old blankets.
