They were super supportive and personally checked in on us to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. The room and facilities were clean, tidy and well appointed. Two couples travelling together and we spent two nights at the Boutique Hotel. Very friendly and helpful welcome and departure - nice people who care about business. Everything was perfect and we would be happy to stay here again. An added bonus was each of us receiving a quality free espresso/latte at a nearby cafe which apparently is within the same ownership.
