SSuzanne SomI was feeling uncomfortable with the front desk service on my check out day. I just asked the front desk staff for a late check out request at 12:00 pm. The front desk staff asked my room no without a smiling face. After I told her the room no, she said a £20 will be charged for late check out.
My request is for extension of one hour only. You can say something like… oh I am afraid we wont be unable to fulfil your request as our room has been fully booked today…. But if you really want to extend your stay for a few hours, you could pay a late check out fee if you’re willing to do so….

The room is well Wai with a kettle and even a microwave.
Would recommend to stay and would return.
There is a vending machine in reception for any snacks you may require.
