BEDBUGS! To start with, we are aware this is not a 5 stars hotel and our expectations were not high. The breakfast was not the best but decent, the local staff a little unkind and rough, the shower curtain smelled bad. However, the real problem were bedbugs and the attitude of the staff after it was reported. We noticed insects in the room (we didn’t know at the time what it was) and I ended up being severely bitten. I reported this to the hotel by e-mail after I learnt what it is and after being examined by the doctor. I wanted to make sure they do something about that but they immediately replied there’s no way there are bedbugs in the hotel. Searching for bedbugs should take at least 1 hour (the insects hide) so there is no chance somebody even went to the room to check. I need to use ointment with antibiotics and do disinsection of my apartment in case I transferred bugs from that hotel. It is a costly and unpleasant process and the hotel’s attitude is unacceptable. I went through other comments on booking and we are not the first ones to report that. The personnel’s response is the same, though.

The location was perfect and the small room was just right for two people staying a night or two. The breakfast was great as well

The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. But at all times on the website, booking and tripadvisor tells you: there are no windows. If you go to tourism and your idea is to go to sleep alone, the windows do not see a problem. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and it was very nice to get up, we had a few hotels as well as this. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. It is true that it is not a 5 star, but to visit the city and have a warm and comforting place where you stay is ideal.

We arrived at 11 p.m. and we would have run away immediately, unfortunately the reception is not contactable to report some problems such as the place left completely in the bar, very dirty bathrooms, zero respect for kitchen hours and silence hours. We wrote at the reception immediately but without any success and we immediately told me at midnight that, given the conditions and confusion, we would not have sleeped them the second night booked because it would have been impossible. In the morning, after the worst night of our life, we had to even tell the security that we didn't talk to our door at 5 p.m., we reported everything to the reception and we made the check-out, the receptionist and the receptionist. He was disappointed and said they had this group of Spanish people and they knew they would be confused, and calmed us and said he would talk to the manager to grant us the refund of the second night that was not fruitful. We also reported that at booking, and the manager briefed us that he would not make any refund because it's the things that happen in a hostel. I have travelled in many hostels in Europe and also in Sweden a few times and this is the first time I have to go away to not face a night in white. To summarize: Anxiety and dark place, located above a school sparkling from windows Not good cleaning Reception hours and silence hours not respected Reception Uncontactable Non-sonic Rooms Pure cooking to inside the rooms Smutsy ruggen bedroom Unclean room, we even found cards under the furniture. The rooms are very comfortable and the rooms are very comfortable and the rooms are very comfortable.

Very close to the subway station, 2 minutes walk, there is a convenience store at the exit of the subway station. After the subway station comes out, you have to go downhill to the parking lot. The map route is very complicated and difficult to find. The apartment is the first floor of three buildings, and the landlord rented three buildings. The room area is definitely not 20 square meters, up to 12 square meters. It is different from the actual description of the website. When I first checked in, I also communicated with the front desk for a long time. The front desk argued with me to book a single bed and a double bed. I expressed the room area, and both of them said that they were not at the same point. I didn't give me the hangers, and I said that each room can be equipped with 2 hangers. It's too nonsense. The first time I met the hotel, I didn't give the guests the hangers. Although it was unpleasant, the front desk still called the boss to help me solve the problem, changed a room for me, and gave me a shelf for drying clothes. I lived in the front desk building. The first floor was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, water dispenser, and tableware for eating. Regarding the water dispenser, it is worthy of praise. It also provides a disposable drinking cup. This service is not available in many hotels. The boss is Turkish and good communication. I have been in Turkey for a long time. The Turkish service industry is good and friendly to foreigners. If you encounter difficulties with communication at the front desk, ask the front desk to call the boss, or ask the front desk to call the boss, contact the boss directly. The boss will help you solve the problem.
The Red Boat

Great experience to stay in this quaint boat hostel (actually two boats, one red, one white). I stayed in two single rooms and both were clean and cute. (If you are sensitive to noise - half the rooms are on the busy street side. I don’t know if you can tell which are bay view rooms when booking?) Great lounge/breakfast area with good breakfast. The walk is manageable, but is far in the cold or rain. I walked from the train station and followed directions over the bridge, meaning carrying my luggage up steps then down again on the other side and then walk to the boat. There is another walk a bit farther along that bypasses climbing the bridge and allows you to walk on a sidewalk across the water and is much easier!!
