They have the best breakfast!!! Location is not far from metro but walking in -13 celsius can be very far & torturing… lolz… everything were good here, the receptionists were very friendly & polite. Will certainly back to this hotel if I come to Stockholm again.

This hotel is not in a tourist area, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city. In the city center, the suite we booked, compared to most 18-square-meter standard rooms in Northern Europe, has a small living room and a small bedroom. The comfort level for a week stay is still very good. The room layout is new, the decoration is reasonable, and the space utilization is good. High, breakfast is also good, overall very good.

Very central, the place was clean and they had left us complimentary bottles of water, I really appreciate that kind of gesture.

When we checked in, there was a bit of a mother at the front desk. When we first entered the room, my boyfriend and I were busy taking out our passports. Obviously we wanted to check in. Who knew he asked in an extremely impatient tone how can I help you? I stared at him and replied that I wanted to check in. His twisted face instantly unfolded as if he had been injected with sheep placenta, and he asked my name. At this time, I took out the passport and handed it to him. He didn't mean to pick it up at all, and kept repeating what's your name. My throat hurts and I really didn't want to talk. After he repeated it three or four times impatiently, I I told him "the name is on the passport", but someone said, "maybe it will be more convenient for me to hear", good guy, then if I am a deaf-mute, do I have to read my name aloud to you? ah? Later, I asked how many room cards I wanted, and I said one, but he gave two with a look of contempt... I don’t know what’s wrong with this person’s brain. It’s the first time I came to Sweden to encounter such a disgusting hotel service. Really don't want to go there anymore.
