Convenient location, warm reception and good value for money.

High-end hotel with elegant style and good location

Having stayed in so many hotels, this is really a hotel that I can’t fault! It's the kind of place you'd stay at again! The location is great, within walking distance to the palace, the old city, and the shopping mall. The hotel furnishings are elegant and exquisite, and the beds and quilts are extremely comfortable. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant on the first floor are delicious. The reception staff are friendly!

Great location, good service

The Grand Hotel lives up to its name. We’ve stayed at many hotels, both luxury and common types, but the Grand Hotel will be at the top of our best hotel stay list. The concierge service was amazing. Both Isaak and Hugo helped weeks before our arrival and during our stay. We ate dinner at The Veranda and the service and food was top shelf. Our room was well equipped, quiet, and comfortable. It was such an amazing experience we’d like to return for another vacation stop in spring or fall.

Grand Hotel is an Icon snd it was with great expectations we arrived. Support with the car, check-in, room selected, bag service… all was perfect! But the bar service in the early evening and the breakfast service was slow, unattentative and the poched eggs dish was not hot when it arrived. So a very spotty dining experiance…. But we did have high expectations

Exquisite property. Walkable to everything you'd want to visit in Stockholm. Coffee could use some attention - seemed kept too long.

Loved everything, the staff are welcoming and overall white glove service. However, it might get a little too much for some of us; house keeping is quite insistent on the turn down services that we’re not used to getting. If you do not wish to be disturbed in the evening you have to put out the do not disturb sign. The house keeper upon discovering that a guest is in the room and in bed should quietly apologize and exit the room, she did not, she attempted to try to explain herself and justify her actions, further disturbing the guest, which is a no no.

Excellent location, staff & hotel facilities. Booked theatre & boat trips for us. Really enjoyed our stay.
