Best restaurant by far in Stirling! Amuse bouche served in the drawing room was delicious, set the tone for the next 4 courses. The attention to detail was exceptional- every component part to every plate was beautifully prepared, with the most delicate, fresh herbs and flavours. So keen to go back again

Lovely welcome on arrival. Beautiful old building overlooking a green , below Stirling castle. The dinner was everything we hoped for and more , with a comfortable sitting room to have drinks and nibbles in beforehand. We both had seared pigeon starter,on a beautiful mushroom and baby onion tartlet, followed by pink duck and kumquat. I cannot really do it justice in words! Desserts were excellent, lemon panecotta for me and apple tatin for my husband. Service was good. The wine list had something for everyone. Looking forwards to returning.

Great location for us. Just 1 1/2 blocks from the Sterling Sightseer Bus. Very large, absolutely beautiful room with lovely view of front garden and street. Refrigerator, well-appointed decor and bedding. We had easy access on the first floor. Unfortunately, we had to leave very early the next morning, so we did not have their breakfast, but they prepared a to-go bag for us. The manager (owner?) gave us a great orientation to the hotel and Stirling. She pointed us in the direction of the Sterling Smith Art Gallery and Museum less than 2 blocks away, where we were able to enjoy the museum and pick up the Sterling Sightseer Bus.

Victoria Square is an elegant, yet welcoming, place to stay while in Stirling. Its lovely rooms lack for nothing, the staff are gracious and friendly, and the location is within walking distance to downtown restaurants and Stirling Castle.

Wonderful location. Very comfortable. Early check in was no hassle. Had to leave early so no opinion about the breakfast, though the offer of pancakes was a nice change from the traditional scottish breakfast.

This was a fantastic guest house. The rooms were very nice with complimentary Sherry. We also dined in their renowned restaurant and ate a delicious dinner. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful inn with great location. Easy walking distance to the train station and downtown area but located on a peaceful green. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had dinner at the on site restaurant which was also wonderful. My only constructive feedback is that the room we had on the first floor right behind reception does get some noise from the lobby and restaurant so maybe avoid that room if you are sensitive to noise.
