A Family of 4 (2 adults, a 19 year old and a 14 year old), we wanted a holiday in the sun and with a private pool. Sea Villas in Stintino looked fairly attractive. Initial contact was good and Luca's texts and video's for late check in were more than welcome. The villa (4A) was very spacious (could sleep 8 with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room). Bathrooms are a bit dated and could do with a make over. Kitchen is definitely a let down. While the house is for 8, I really couldn't see how anybody can cook for 8. It is a dark space and kitchen utensils/dishes/pots/pans are very limited. There is a fridge, an oven and a washing machine. No microwave or kettle. You can pay to get a coffee machine but we tried multiple shops and coul not find reusable paper filters. There is a charcoal BBQ. The outdoor area is spacious and there are automatic sprinklers so the grass is lush. The pool was cleaned once during our 7 days stay. The pool is of perfect size and clean despite grass growing at the end of the liner. Air conditioning in all bedrooms are definitely a bonus. The complex itself is huge and it took a few days to get our barings. Early june is a bit early in the season so it was very quiet.

Le strade strette e pericolose con salite e discese poco illuminate nella pelosa poi non si entra nemmeno dopo le sei di sera per i troppi turisti in una spiaggia stretta e un mare bassissimo

Hemos pasado 5 días en una de las villas y ha sido perfecto tanto la atención en recepción como la estancia, el lugar super tranquilo y muy bonito. Volveremos seguro. Gracias!

La casa spaziosa, grande potenziale, bella vista, silenziosa, però con alcune mancanze: mensola in bagno, appendi accappatoi, solo uno specchio in tutta casa, in bagno. In cucina nessuna presina o canovaccio e niente tovaglia per mangiare. Complessivamente bene, potrebbe migliorare con poco.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 5 notti in villa per 4 persone...il posto è veramente tranquillo,la posizione è ottima tantissime spiagge a pochi km compresa la pelosa.alloggio confortevole,aria condizionata,bel box doccia.nessun problema rilevato .. sicuramente torneremo.

Locazione fantastica, tranquillità assoluta. Abbiamo scelto la villetta con piscina in condivisione: casa molto ampia e fresca. Cucina con tutto il necessario, bellissimo balcone con vista sulla piscina, camera spaziosissima e lo stesso vale per il bagno. Tutto pulitissimo e in ottime condizioni. Barbecue esterno da poter utilizzare quando si vuole. Situata a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia delle Saline ( bellissima). Posizione shper tranquilla e silenziosa. Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, forse la pulizia della piscina potrebbe essere fatta un po' più di frequente...., detto ciò per me 10 e lode!

Spazi esterni ben curati, personale gentile e disponibile mi sento di consigliare una maggior cura nella pulizia del fondo piscina e delle acque e consiglierei di rinnovare il bagno non troppo ben tenuto. Il resto dell' appartamento è ben rifornito e ben tenuto,vicinissimo alla Pelosa e ad altre spiagge , a 45minuti di auto si arriva tranquillamente ad Alghero e in pochi minuti si è a Stintino
