Check your door. Room 305 had a door that was broken and wouldn’t lock. Desk clerk did give us another room. To bad that whoever cleaned didn’t say something.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the campus, however, the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. The breakfast was poor at best..dirty tables with syrup all over them. The rooms have very thin walls and it's extremely noisy. The bathrooms have no counter space to place a toiletry bag..the rods in the closet are very short, so my daughter's graduation gown couldn't even be hung in there. The shade didn't work. Towels are old and not in good shape. Just a very poor design to the extremely dark room. Our encounters with the staff were pleasant, but Best Western needs to work on this property...especially for the rate we were charged.

Stay was great. Hotel was clean. Room was clean. But the shower barely worked. The angle couldn’t be adjusted and sprayed against the far wall and the handle fell apart. Good water flow, but the equipment was messy and broken.

Great stay In town for the Boys From Oklahoma show! Loved the hotel! Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms, comfy bed, best black out curtains ever, bar was cool. Might recommend more signage to where the bar is.

Parent weekend It was parents weekend and Best Western was very accommodating. I had a problem with the first room because there were painters in the hallway and fumes could be smelled. They immediately changed my room after I told them I just couldn’t stay on the first floor. Room was nice and bed was very comfortable. This was not my first time staying here. The only negative was that the Loft was closed. For a big weekend I feel they should have have it open.
